GoogleThe best thing the landlord have done was to opt from dealing with the agency through the tenancy. One of the worst agencies I have worked with, and I am so happy that the tenancy is over, and I don't have to deal with these guys ever again.

GoogleWriting a review about Drai: Drai took me on four viewings and I want to comment on how positive the experience was. He is very knowledgeable about each of the areas, the vendors and the properties themselves. But more importantly for me, his demeanour was excellent. Unlike other estate agents who have pushed the hard sell, which instantly makes me feel defensive, Drai instantly put me at ease. He works using a mixture of honesty, pragmatism and positivity, and I really appreciated it as a first time buyer. Great service.

GoogleWe recently rented a flat through Ludlowthompson in Oval. Joao was a great help, not pushy, informative and always willing to answer questions and arrange viewings. We are delighted with the flat and Ria, our property manager, has been helpful and responsive to our emails.

GoogleAfter having searched for a property for four months with no luck, Alex and Surasak showed us one which fitted our requirements and they were able to help negotiate it into our budget! From agreeing the price, all the way until completion, both were super helpful and were always available to speak on the phone. Would recommend!

GoogleBrilliant service which is patient, supportive, transparent. A lengthy and frustrating sale (largely due to 3rd party delays), which needed this agency to bring both buyer and seller onto common ground regularly and calm the way through to completion. Ask for Adam or Surasok when you go to the office, both 5 star agents.

GoogleSuch a joke, worst renting experience in london. First of all, without stating all of them, be aware this is full of hidden fee at every corner of your lease. From the beginning till the end. Be prepared to meet 15 different people at every step because their turnover is so high they probably get new people every month, be also prepared to send email every month to let them now that you pay because apparently their account manager can't find your payment as he has and I quote from him "too many account to look after". So they harass you threatening you of penalties that don't make any sense. Their agents are all different but none of them are nice really. They just can't be bothered and some have no manners at all, like entering your flat for visit without ringing the bell or knocking at your door. The agency will never help you in any situation, even in emergency because they rather give the responsibility to landlords. Over 1month and half for deposit to be returned, again because apparently its landlords fault. They are very good at telling you about respect of contract but they don't respect theirs. I guess if you pay 5000 per month they treat you differently but that was unfortunately not our case. To avoid badly

Unfortunately when a property is not fully managed by us we are not in charge of all aspects of the renting process, and the outcome of things like deposit returns are based solely on the Landlord as the contractual agreement is between the Landlord and the Tenant. With regards to fees, we make sure that these are available to all by presenting them in many different places, for example, these would have been stated within your original Tenancy Agreement and can be found at any time on our website. We are sorry that you were chased for your rent on a regular basis, however we advise at the start of the tenancy and throughout that a specific reference number must be attached to each payment to ensure that the payment is linked to the property. Unfortunately this did not happen, hence chasing you for a payment we could not identify.
