GoogleRameez in Tooting office was very friendly, with quick response time. He set up several viewings for me in succession, so that I could see the properties in one afternoon. Also, Rupert (Wimbledon office?) was very helpful with the administrative side of the process. Thank you both!

GoogleAdil at Foxton’s was incredibly helpful with our property search. After ringing on Friday midday, within 3 hours he had lined up 6 viewings on Saturday all a within 2 hour period. He was excellent in discussing the properties and narrowing down exactly what was needed by us, thus ensuring we were looking at properties that really suited our needs. Then once we were viewing he was proactive and pragmatic in assisting us in whatever we needed. Adil has a bright future, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help looking for their next home.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Adil from Foxton Agency while searching for my new flat, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Adil was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Adil's communication was excellent throughout the process, always keeping me updated and answering any questions I had promptly. His expertise and friendly approach made what could have been a stressful process much easier and more enjoyable. Thanks to Adil, I found the perfect flat, and I truly appreciate all his hard work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and positive property search experience!

GoogleWe had a great experience with Adil. He put so much effort and time into helping us find a property that met our requirements and preferences. Was greatly appreciated - he went above and beyond in a way no other estate agent did! Thank you Adil :)

GoogleProbably the worst agency I have to deal with. I paid an extortionate amount to rent a room through them whilst the shower was broken for months. The agency either couldn’t be bothered to tell the landlord or they were protecting the landlord and trying to avoid basic maintenance costs. Thankfully I’m a home owner now but having a working shower is a basic requirement that they should have sorted.

GoogleAna has been amazing for us. She showed a great understanding of what we were looking for and helped us move for our current flat quickly. At every step of the process she's been responsive, understanding and proactive at making the move possible, and even helped us move furniture into the flat. Couldn't recommend an estate agent more highly!

GoogleAna Sampaio from the Vauxhall and Oval Office helped me tremendously in my search for a rental property. I am so grateful for Ana’s support and her continued efforts in going above and beyond to support our search. On a couple of occasions Ana even put on hold some of her other work to visit properties right away to get video tours / floorplans / FaceTime us so that we could see the property immediately. For this we are so grateful as we were not always able to view properties in person. Not only did Ana provide the best letting agent experience that I have had during my property search, she was always honest in her assessment of properties and so polite - I think this is testament to how professional she is and her clear desire to help customers (like myself) obtain the best property for their needs. Thank you Ana!

GoogleI would not recommend whether you’re a tenant or a landlord. When we moved into the property they managed, it was absolutely filthy, with years of dirt and grime built up. Although our purchasing contract didn’t include a cleaning service(we purchased with a different agency) it’s the agency’s responsibility to ensure that previous tenants leave the property in a clean and acceptable condition, as outlined in every rental agreement. This failure shows a complete lack of care and oversight. If they can’t enforce basic cleanliness standards, it raises serious concerns about how they manage properties in general. Landlords should think twice before trusting this agency to manage their property, as this neglect could seriously damage its value and reputation. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.
