GoogleThe lack of integrity comes from above, such as associate directors, and spreads amongst all members of staff. Misleading customers and misrepresenting sellers lead serious buyers into unpleasant situations.

GoogleMy partner & I had found a perfect property in Balham through the help of George Macfarlane. He quickly found the ideal property and within our budget for both of us. Due to personal reasons we had to pull out and not move in at the set move in date, however, George used his own personal time to help us find a suitable candidate to take over our lease which was incredibly kind of him. As both of us were no longer in the country, we could not have asked for better helping hand. We just want to thank George for his kindness and willingness to help out of work hours top help us get the property re-let back out to new tenants and we can't thank him enough for his help getting this sorted. Should you be looking for a new property in the SW London area he is your guy!

GoogleIt is no surprise that all of the positive reviews are regarding housing purchases and not from rental tenants. Utterly useless. You will spend more time chasing the staff (to find out information or ask them to do what they have committed to doing) than they spend doing the job they are paid to do. A stressful and frustrating experience.
