GoogleWe have been dealing with Marta Duda and so far she has been really friendly, professional and helpful with getting the references completed, and getting in touch with the landlord when we needed to ask questions etc making the whole process of renting a new place with kids smooth and prompt so far. Would definitely recommend her and the agency. We will be moving shortly and we are happy we choose LudlowThompson to do it with. :-)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI walked into Ludlow Thomson and was met by Sophie who was very helpful from the start. She was eager to hear exactly what me and my friend was looking and quickly provided two options for us, one of which we secured almost straight away. The kept us updated through everything and her colleague Marco was equally as helpful. The process has been so quick and stress free and I have recommended to my friends who are also looking to move. GoogleThe worst letting and sales agents I have ever experienced. Slow to respond to everything that was of importance to me and my purchase. Inept at providing information that is actually accurate. I would never ever give them any business again.

GoogleThis review is simply for the Ludlow Lettings arm at this branch. Be weary and careful that Lettings will/have moved the following costs they used to charge tenants over to the landlord (as recent government changes/legislation prevent them from charging the tenants): 1. Tenancy Set Up Fee - £229+VAT. Includes an ARLA regulated Tenancy Agreement and the set-up of the tenancy. 2. Referencing Fee - £189+VAT. Ensures that the tenants have been fully referenced including Right To Rent checks. Other more trusted agencies in the area, have not tried to do this and as stated, it seems Ludlow Lettings have done this because lettings agents are no longer allowed to charge tenants these type of fees, so they have put the fees on landlords. I was provided the following advice form other lettings agents in the area: ** Tenancy setup fee "is made up" - you can opt to use your own tenancy, all tenancies are the same and valid in the court I was advised by one of the more trusted lettings agents in the area. ** Reference fees have always been charged to the tenants. But now Lettings agents can’t charge tenants. So now, unbelievablably Ludlow lettings is asking you as the landloard to pay this. Wishing you the best of luck on securing a more trusted lettings agent as both a landlord or a tenant.

GoogleWhen looking for a new property, one of the biggest barriers can be dealing with lettings agents who are either a) not responsive / attentive enough and b) don't make you feel like they actually care enough to help you through the process. Chris has been neither of these things - he's been really great with communicating with us, and is genuinely professional, friendly and trustworthy. It's refreshing because he makes you feel like the while process doesn't have to be as stressful as it can be!

GoogleRecently moved to London and by far the best real estate agents I've worked with. Professional, attentive and responsive service coupled with some of the best properties on the market. Hassan showed me around a number of different apartments, and was not only extremely helpful throughout the entire negotiation process, he also chose a number of other apartments proactively in the area I was looking at to show me around. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place in London!
