Alex Cassar made what is usually a stressful process feel effortless. From the outset, he really took the time to listen to our requirements and quickly found us the perfect flat. Our offer was accepted within 24 hours, and the entire journey from referencing through to completion was seamless. Alex was always immediately available on the phone to answer any questions, which gave us real peace of mind. His friendly and approachable nature made him a pleasure to deal with, and it was without doubt the smoothest end-to-end experience we’ve ever had with an agent. We would contact Alex again without hesitation when looking for a property in the future.

Of course, here's a Google-ready version of your review (it retains emotion, but is written clearly and authoritatively to sound professional and convincing): ⸻ ⭐ 1/5, I definitely don't recommend Foxton (Tooting) Our experience with this agency was a complete disaster. During the viewing, we were assured that the apartment would be cleaned and refreshed before moving in. We trusted them, we signed a 3-year contract. On the day we collected the keys at the office, everything looked professional, but upon entering the apartment, we discovered it had not been cleaned at all: food remnants in the freezer, dirty walls with traces of mold, blinds and carpets covered in dirt and mildew. The carpets were moth-damaged, which, of course, wasn't included in their report. Only our own report revealed this. How can you hand over the apartment to the tenant in this condition? It's absolutely unacceptable. The agency only cares about signing the contract and collecting the money, after that, there's been no help or contact. Shane George signed the contract with us, then passed us on, and nothing has happened since. When we moved out, problems arose again, they tried to charge us over £300 for "carpet cleaning," even though we had it professionally cleaned ourselves (we have invoices) and left the apartment in better condition than we found it. Amalia Maciąg, who was supposed to handle the billing, hasn't returned calls or emails for a week. Lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and a complete lack of responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone, nothing but stress and problems. These are just a few photos.

Alex Cassar helped me secure a rental in early 2024 and again more recently in August 2025. On both occasions, he proactively showed me off-market properties in my desired areas - going above and beyond other agents I had spoken to during each search. I would recommend.

I had an excellent experience working with “Denna”. My requirements for the property were quite specific, but she showed me options that not only met but exceeded those expectations. She was kind and full of passion at every step of the process. As someone who moved from abroad and was unfamiliar with the London rental process, I truly appreciated her guidance and support. I highly recommend her not only to those already living in London but also to anyone relocating from overseas.
