GoogleWe were in contact with Keith throughout the process of viewing a property, placing an offer and referencing. He was very helpful and put us at ease from day one. It is our first time dealing with an agency and he made the whole process enjoyable with his friendly helpful manner. He answered all of our questions promptly and we were never left waiting. Would recommend Ludlowthompson if you are planning to move

GoogleShady professionalism regarding a property that was showing radiators, let us think that was a gas property and turned out to be Electric heating with radiators ! Who in the 21st century makes refurbishment with an electric heating? Fool me for real , will not accept the fault and i am stuck for 12 months in a bad insulated house with electric heating ! Just stay away from people/companies like those .

GoogleChris at Ludlow was nothing but helpful from the first time we contacted him. Talking us through all the processes and explaining everything clearly. We also couldn't access a property because of Covid related reasons, however we helped get round that by helping us do a video viewing and regularly keeping us in the loop with updates about a physical viewing. A very pleasant person and a very pleasant overall experience - Would highly recommend
