GoogleGreat service provided by Kirsty, Mark and the sales team (C Jay, Richard and Travis) to sell my flat in the area. A tricky process for a number of reasons but they were professional and helpful throughout and ultimately got a great outcome. Thanks! Adam

GoogleVery please with my home selling experience. After struggling for a couple of months with another agent, I was able to confirm a buyer withing several days. The price met my expectations. Would strongly recommend ludlow thomson to get a quick sale in this difficult climate. Special thanks to Biraveen for all his help and support. Kept me updated after each viewing and got mecthe best price after a few offers.

GoogleRomina was patient and accommodative. We were delayed but she simply confirmed our updated time and was welcoming when we reached. It was a thoroughly professional experience and we were impressed by her. Just unfortunate that the property did not meet our requirements.

GoogleLudlowThompson agency provided outstanding service throughout the entire process of renting a new flat. Eda's viewing was excellent, and Jacob went above and beyond to ensure I secured the flat despite initial challenges. Highly recommended!

GoogleWe rented through them for 2 years and the agents were rude, disrespectful and condescending - Daniela in particular. A very unpleasant experience.

Dear Renee, Many thanks for leaving your review, we are very sorry you feel this way. At ludlowthompson we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, so it is always extremely disappointing to hear that a customer's expectations have not been met and as a consequence you have found cause to complain. We know that there was an issue with your key return once your tenancy ended earlier in the year, and that Daniela advised you on how this might impact deductions from your deposit (at the landlords discretion). Daniela has been a valued member of our team for almost 10 years and receives nothing but positive feedback from her clients so we are surprised to hear your assessment. We would really appreciate if you could please address your concerns in an email to our Customer Services department at customerservices@ludlowthompson.com so that this can be investigated further. Kind regards, ludlowthompson

GoogleAbsolutely no service post signing tenant agreement, disappointed in all aspects of the agency as a third party provider to tenants.

GoogleI would refrain from leaving a 5 star review as encouraged by the letting agents until experiencing the actual management of the property - Woeful at best.

GoogleWish they would stop sending me request for reviews because I have nothing positive to say. Standard practice of a narsacitic parasitical Estate Agent; a product of the system that focuses on commission then genuine care of people that just need safe, affordable places to live.

GoogleI had such a pleasurable experience letting my apartment from Hannah Bick. From start to finish she was super helpful and kept us in the loop at all times which was very reassuring and took a lot of the stress away, which is very hard to come by in London! Highly recommend! I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Hannah personally!

GoogleEda Hassan and Beth Cooter. Both these agents were involved in helping me in my property search. They were both professional, friendly and well prepared. Eda did several viewings of one particular property with me and I really enjoyed her genuine enthusiasm and authenticity. Both are quick to respond to queries and very helpful. I would recommend both Beth and Eda at the Dulwich branch.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation to the final sale I have been really impressed with Ludlowthompson Dulwich. It was fair to say that I had a number of issues with solicitors and Mark was incredibly helpful in giving me advice and helping chase issues. This really helped reduce stress around the sale of my property. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.PositiveProfessionalism
