GoogleWe had a fantastic experience viewing four flats with LudlowThompson yesterday. Matthew was particularly knowledgable about the properties and went above and beyond to stay later and show us an additional flat. We had a really positive viewing and left knowing exactly what the landlord was looking for and what we would need to do to place a competitive offer. Would happily recommend!

Google6 months after moving house and I'm still talking about the role Nicola Dawkins played in selling my flat. She's the best estate agent I've come across - really thoughtful, caring and wanted to put into action how I wanted to move forward. She was a lovely human being and never went the traditional route of grasping for the money! Despite the competition from others to sell my flat I went with Ludlow because of Nicola.

GoogleWe have been very impressed by the team at Ludlowthompson in Finsbury Park who have been involved in our potential flat purchase. From the outset, they provided us with properties to see which met our criteria and were definitely of interest rather than flooding us with everything that was available, which was impressive and greatly appreciated. Nicola Dawkins, who has led the team, and Alina Halibozek have been very efficient and effective, always quickly responsive to queries, good at answering questions and also in trying to help to resolve any issues. Friendly, approachable and thoughtful, they have in summary provided a very professional service, with a personal touch, and it has been always been a pleasure dealing with them. We would happily recommend them.

GoogleNicola and her team have been excellent, no two ways about it. They got me a buyer in a difficult climate, were excellent at communicating, arranged appointments, chased solicitors and were most importantly pleasant and positive.
