GoogleLingmin and the APAC team are terrific. As a tenant in Embassy Gardens,Nine elms, my balcony door accidentally got broken in cold winter. Lingmin is super heart-warming and friendly. She helped me to contact the landlord and fixing team quickly to fix this emergency issue. I would definitely recommend their services, the APAC team, as they are one of the most reliable and responsible housing agents in London. Also I want to thank Nam to help me during this process for his strong sense of responsibility and kindness.

GoogleSami was very helpful, responsive and kind when helping me find a great 1B flat to rent. The whole process went very smoothly even when the property is generally covered in another neighbourhood. Would def recommend working with the folks here.

GooglePatrick and Joseph have been fantastic across the entire buying process. They gave me access to the property multiple time with minimal notice and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Really recommend them as a trusted estate agent for your next home in the Vauxhall/Battersea area.

GoogleI had a great experience with Francesco Allegri. Over the years I have had contact to many estate agents and rented property in many countries. Francesco was absolutely different. He is the best agent I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He is not just an agent, he is a real consultant. He does not simply tries to sell you something. He analyses your needs, thinks towards uncertain but probable and realistic developments based on your current situation and raises questions and solutions for issues one really has to think about thoroughly. He is thus forward-looking, planning, realistic and finds a solution for every problem. He is simply the best! A great character and enrichment for every team!

GoogleI had a brilliant experience with Joseph when purchasing my property. As it was my first property I wasn't entirely knowledgable of the process and Joseph was patient and always available to answer my questions no matter how small. He knew a lot about the area and could advise me on all the different options, he was always very professional yet approachable and kept my best interests in mind. I really appreciate all his help and assistance as I wouldn't have had such a positive first buying experience without his support!

GoogleWe started using Ludlow to rent and manage our flat in Vauxhall about 5 years ago. We entered into the relationship with an open mind and it has been a very good experience for us. Jibby the overall manager is great to work with - he has done a fantastic job for us (finding tenants and across the life cycle) and has always made us feel like we are in safe hands. From our perspective he’s the face of Ludlow We also have a super responsive property manager Sushmita who keeps our tenants happy, which is super important she swiftly deals with issues The entire team at Ludlow is great Thank you team

GoogleThe irresponsible behavior of this agent has to make landlords and tenants worry about other problems in the future rental. Thanks to the cold and unreliable reception of the agency staff, the first call I made was with a man who asked me for some details and then hung up the phone while I was still talking, and he was very impatient. The second call was with a woman named Banieala. After I asked her for visiting the property, she asked me if I could do it today, and I said yes. So we made an appointment on the phone for 5:30 p.m., and when I arrived there and called her, she said that because she hadn't emailed me, the appointment wasn't valid. So she told me to confirm and call me back immediately, let me wait until 6 o 'clock, wait until six o 'clock to call again, then they told me that this house can not visit anymore. And the next week is full of appointments.

GoogleRushard Richards was super helpful and always so attentive in helping us find a place that met all our requirements. He supported us through the whole process and ensured and was so quick in responding and resolving any queries! Super excited to move in!
