GoogleGeorgia Barnett helped us rent an amazing house in Woodberry Wetlands, she has been extremely helpful throughout the process until we collected the keys and even after we moved in. She guided us all the way to get all documents uploaded and confirmed. I would absolutely recommend working with Georgia for getting your next dream house.

GoogleGreat experience with Tim Watson, took lots of time, driving and patience to view multiple properties over multiple days whilst taking into consideration our needs. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

GoogleExcellent support throughout our property search. Elle Williams was responsive, quick, helped us through to an accepted offer within a few weeks, and continues to support with the conveyancing phase.

GoogleWorked with Jake Peters from the Islington office on my first property, He was of great help in finding the perfect first property, he managed the offer and post acceptance offer well and kept me regularly updated, which was not easy as the seller was in the US. I appreciate his follow-ups and continual support. Working with him again on the next property.

GoogleDo not rent from this agency they compulsively lie and are slow. The contract has been breached on their side and then they gaslight. Flat had many problems which were only discoverable on move in. They wasted my time I found tenants as they instructed then they claim they never gave me permission which isn’t true, I have an email to prove. They wouldn’t admit the landlord changed his mind. Horrible communication from Muhammad too. I hate Adrienne and Montrise the most though….they are so manipulative.

GoogleAbsolutely outstanding service My agent was Ingrid Martin ! I want to start by saying thank you so much for all of the hard work Ingrid has put in from our first conversation a couple of weeks ago, From the day i received the email from Ingrid regarding the property that came up fitting all my requirements Ingrid has been absolutely amazing myself and children have had a very stressful hard and difficult time the past 19 weeks but after dealing with Ingrid for such a short space of time Ingrid achieved and helped us more then anyone has whilst going through this struggles as soon as he started helping us start the procedure he has done absolutely everything in his power to make sure me and my Famliy not only got our property but also helped with everything else that needed to be done alongside application and I honestly can’t thank him enough. The way Ingrid Martin has handled everything has been very efficient and professional, You deserve a lot of recognition within your current job role and most definitely deserve to be told exactly how good you are at your job Thankyou again from myself and family Jade Mckrieth
