GoogleBen has been extremely helpful and insightful. Being a 1st Time Buyer he has been giving a lot of advise and knowledge of the market and what we should be looking for whilst maintaining our options of what we'd like. If looking around the Wimbledon/Tooting area I would advise going to foxton tooting as their entire team has been helpful.

GoogleBen was honestly the most helpful agent we had throughout our long property search. He listened and understood what we were looking for, carefully finding places that met our needs. We were really appreciative of his help from start to finish. Thank you Ben!

GoogleI had a really great viewing experience with Ben Ellis this week. After a short discussion about what I was looking for, Ben was able to quickly identify 4 properties that were within my exact remit. I found the experience to be open and friendly with lots of information about each place too, in addition to it all being sent to me by email after to remind me in case I forgot anything. 5/5.

GoogleHigh customer service from Ben who was very helpful over the phone initially and always tried to find solutions. Ben also organised viewings for me and drove me around 3 lovely flats. Although I found a flat elsewhere Ben really went out of his way to make sure we find what I am looking for! Thank you for all your help!

GoogleAbsolutely amazing experience, especially as a first-time buyer. Our agent, Viviana, was with us every step of the way. When the lawyers needed an extra push, she was right there. Any worries, questions, concerns, she would immediently answer - no matter how small or how big. Truly, cannot stress this enough, I do recommend this agency. Not to mention how quick and kind the staff was and how they helped in every way possible - I would give more stars if I could! 10/10, would recommend this Agency to first time buyers, or any type of buyer/seller!

GoogleI spoke to Alex at length on the phone about all our possible options and he was extremely helpful and made sure to keep me in the loop whenever anything changed. When I met him for the viewing, he was so friendly and approachable and this made looking for a house so much easier. I didn’t feel rushed out of the house and it felt like he valued my time. Thank you so much Alex!

GoogleWe have had excellent experience with Foxton, thanks to Katie. Katie has been awesome from day 1, extremely supportive and very much on case , she always remembered to inform us of any suitable property and quick to book viewings, unfortunately it took us ages to find the right property but her determination never went down, she didn’t give up and keep checking on us , such a beautiful and kind human being , I have dealt with at least 20/25 agents in past months but no one is even close to her in terms of professionalism as well as kindness, I wish her all the very best and honestly beleive she will reach great heights in her career , a very pleasant person who I ll always remember .

GoogleThe service I received from Josh Liddall Lettings Manager at the Tooting branch was second to none. Josh and his team secured great tenants for my two properties efficiently and with record rental values! Josh is very professional and attentive throughout the process, he is very responsive and I can always reach him quickly if I have a questions or needed any advise. Above all, Josh is super customer centric he listens and knows extremely well the needs of his clients and takes great initiative to offer a value added service to me. I have no hesitation in using his service in the future and would recommend highly to anyone wanting an agent they can trust to deliver the best letting service.

Google6 months after moving house and I'm still talking about the role Nicola Dawkins played in selling my flat. She's the best estate agent I've come across - really thoughtful, caring and wanted to put into action how I wanted to move forward. She was a lovely human being and never went the traditional route of grasping for the money! Despite the competition from others to sell my flat I went with Ludlow because of Nicola.
