GoogleI saw a property online and booked the viewing very quickly with Attiya. After our first conversation, she came back to me with another two suggestions, which were great options based on the criteria I had provided. I found Attiya to be very professional and a pleasure to work with, definitely not a pushy agent like some I had spoken with! Thank you, Attiya :)

GoogleIf you are selling your home in Dulwich or the surrounding area give Foxton’s a call. They helped sell my property in Forest Hill and far exceeded my expectations. Dominic Butler, Sales Manager, set a price using his area expertise, and Attiya Razaq was my estate agent. I can’t say enough good things about them both. We had viewings the same week, and the first of a number of offers came within 2 weeks. Attiya's calm and composed approach and meticulous attention to detail, ensured well organised viewings and a stress-free transaction for me. She is a superstar, and did what all excellent estate agents do - she took full responsibility for an unmanaged monster of a process, and she took everything that was outside of her control and put it into her control.

GoogleMelisa did a great job listening to our needs and understood what we were looking for. Even though we eventually bought a property through another agent, she still took the time to close the loop with us. I would recommend anyone looking for properties in South East London to contact Foxton

GoogleGeorge Macfarlane helped us for weeks to find the right house for us. Regularly scheduling viewings around our schedules and ensuring we could get to the viewings too. George was always professional and took our feedback on board to ensure we didn’t visit properties without most of what we were looking for. Big thanks to George!

GoogleAlex Cassar is an absolute legend. Incredibly attentive to understanding your search requirements and he provided exceptional service with lots of options. He took the time to understand our needs in finding the right place. Really appreciate the time he took to provide a wealth of knowledge on the local area of different places we looked at too (especially being from overseas having no prior knowledge). Thanks Alex!!!!

GoogleStephanie from Foxton Tooting branch really helped us find our dream home. Not only being kind and helpful and going above and beyond to help us purchase this lovely property in Thornton Heath she built a personal and professional relationship with us during the course of our purchase. She offered all the advice we needed as we are first time buyers and she respected our privacy and space. The most important thing I would like to mention here is she was always there 24/7, Monday to Sunday. Holiday or work. Day or night as we were very anxious about this whole purchase from start to finish. I cannot find the words to describe the level of commitment and dedication she had to carry us through this process from start to finish. Weather I would give a 5 start to Foxton Tooting Branch or not, the 5 start will definitely go to STEPHANIE. I would also like to thank Chris who was at the back ground shadowing Stephanie although we didn't meet him in person he was a phone call away. We finally got our keys 🔑 to this lovely home and it was delivered personally by Stephanie at our new house 🏠. The beauty here is she just didn't hand in the keys and drove off but actually took some time to go through our new house again with us with beautiful exchange of words as we parted. Will highly recommend these team in Foxton Tooting to everyone out there looking to purchase a property in the area 👍
