GoogleI had a amazing experience selling my 2 bedroom flat with foxtons. All the viewings were done in a professional manner by Elizabeth, hena and Harry. Once the offer was in place honestly if it wasn't for Hena giving me the heads up on things that would come up I think the sale would have been very difficult to get over the line in a timely manner . Thanks to the foxtons wapping team for everything

GoogleI have had a great experience so far in my property search thanks to Hena. She is hugely personable and takes her client's interests very seriously. Very generous with her time and advice.

GoogleChloe from Foxton, Wapping office was absolutely amazing at her work. She knew exactly how overwhelming looking for an apartment could be and she comforted us right from the beginning. She was calm and heard all our filters to narrow down on an apartment. After she got the filters she worked on it and showed us the properties that fit the requirements. Can't thank her enough for all the support she provided during the house-hunting phase.

GoogleChloe was so helpful. She helped me find the perfect place to rent after only one day of viewings. She was very communicative and made the rental process so simple.

GoogleHena Tariq and Bianca Meade were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire sales process. They were extremely responsive to all of my queries / questions, always accommodated my viewing requests and were instrumental in ensuring we were able to complete the sale by the agreed deadline. I cannot recommend both Hena and Bianca enough - outstanding service!

GoogleHena was the star of the show. She was able to sell my apartment within my time frame and the price required. Not only that, she was communicating and following up with all parties to expedite the process, she was taking every extra step to ensure her customer satisfaction. She walked the talk she is the best and I can’t thank her enough for all the time and effort and extra work she has helped me with. I will for sure recommend her and only her.

GoogleBianca was an absolute pleasure to deal with during my property search. She actively reached out regularly without overreaching, she was always available to get hold of and she actively understood my needs and wants without trying to sell me on thing I didn’t want. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleJacob Robinson was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From my initial enquiry regarding the rental of a property to the show round, he was really 'on it. Prompt, polite and knowledgable. As went went through the final process of my son becoming a tenant (and me acting as guarantor) Jacob was really helpful, a great communicator (chatting us through the process) and was great on the day my son moved in. Well done Jacob, you're a star!

GoogleChloe is an absolute superstar! I had the best afternoon flat hunting with her. We spent a few hours looking around London and she really takes her time to show you around without the rush you sometimes get when an agent has multiple viewings. What I really appreciate is that she is genuine and therefore wants your genuine opinion too. Thanks Chloe, you’re a ⭐️

GoogleWe recently found a place to rent through Ludlowthompson and Charlie has been so helpful throughout. None of us lived in London before we moved but he was very accommodating in this. We were able to arrange a video call to view the houses very quickly and Charlie has been great in assisting us with the rental process. Highly recommend!!

GoogleMs Attiya Razaq is really impressed us with very professional approach. Each of our conditions has been taken into account when showing possible options for purchase. Our apartment' inspections were very efficient. In our opinion, Attiya is the best realtor we have met in London over the past year.

GoogleNot one to leave reviews but for the reasons below I feel it is necessary this time. Holly was very helpful up until we paid the deposit, but since then has proved unwilling to provide any help or service hiding behind the ‘not managed by us’ line. We arrived to our new, fully furnished, home on the same day and time as arranged with the landlord to find no door on the property, no furniture in the property and no one to meet us with keys, not that these were needed considering there was no door. The landlord arrived and told us that someone was coming to fix the door but that it would take all day and that the people who were meant coming to move our furniture into the house had let her down. I had to take an emergency day off work to make sure that our belongings weren’t left unattended. To cut a long story short it has been two weeks and we only just have a fully furnished house with four mattresses. We have had no help from the agent whatsoever and feel very neglected and abandoned. Won’t be using foxtons ever again.
