GoogleDidn’t know where to start with the flat buying process but one of the agents Steven, helped massively. I came with my cousin who is looking to buy with her husband and Steven was very informative. We were worried about asking too many questions but he made us feel comfortable to do and now we have a few favourites. Thank you!

GoogleAdam was very prompt and knowledgable about the property. He knew the area and the amenities and access and had obviously done his homework. He knew the history of the property and it’s facilities so was well ready to answer any and all of our many questions. Any agent would be lucky to have him as a negotiator in my opinion!

GoogleKirsty Rowley at the Oval Office, and her team are outstanding. I’ve just sold two houses through them. They could not have been more efficient, professional, focused and hardworking. It’s not an easy market to sell in at the moment. But they managed it. I would recommend them 100%. Having bought and sold multiple houses over the years. I have never come across a better agent.

GoogleSo I've only experienced viewings, but I've found Irina very helpful. She sends me properties that fit my criteria and that I'm generally interested in (sounds obvious but its amazing how many agents ignore those details and spam me with completely inappropriate options). Always friendly, prompt to reply and worth the interaction. Thanks.

GoogleMany thanks to Kirsty, Irina, Hannah, Mark and team at LT Oval Sales for their superb and professional service. We sold our home in SW8 in October 2023. I trusted their valuation and guidance and would not hesitate to recommend this team to other sellers - and indeed buyers too! They displayed a considerate approach with potential buyers and I would be comfortable dealing with them on that side of a sale too. I cannot rate this team highly enough!
