GoogleWe've recently moved in and the service has been excellent from start to finish. Our negotiator was Kern and he was very responsive and helpful to the millions of questions we had! We all recommend them!

GoogleI will never use these agents again. We accepted an offer from a couple from Ludlow Thomson but the estate agent did not check the prospective buyers financial details thoroughly . The gifted deposit they were using to buy our house was based on the sale of a property in the U.S which Ludlow Thomson didn't check out. Had we known it was based on the sale of a property we would not have accepted the offer & kept it on the market . Of course the U.S house sale fell through & we lost the buyers & in turn lost the house we had made an offer on. When we decided to change to another estate agent they kept our house up on their website for weeks afterwards. This is SO unprofessional. People then ring them asking about our house & they say 'Oh that has gone but we have some others that may interest you' so we lose out on the interest from that prospective buyer. When I rang & spoke to Mark he acted said he thought it was still on with them even though we had spoken & I had emailed him prior to that. Completely unprofessional.

GoogleVery pleasant experience dealing with Clodagh and Nam when purchasing our first new flat in Vauxhall. Never felt rushed during viewings and they gave good honest advice to secure the property. We were kept well informed throughout the entire process.

GoogleDelighted with how quickly they sold my flat and got me moving. Very professional and always friendly and helpful when communicating. I particularly liked how straightforward Clodagh, the manager, was. I found her easy to talk to, honest and realistic. They got a good price for my flat which has enabled me to move to my desired location. I was able to take advantage of the 0% commission offer which despite my skepticism really was a great deal! Satisfied customer.

GoogleI came into ludlowthompson & received amazing customer service from Tamzin. She helped me & my brother move very quickly when we needed to. She was very professional & efficient, I now need assistance helping my cousin move & cams right back to Tamzin at ludlowthompson. Recommend them very highly! Very professional staff.

Googlethe only star is in order to get my review published! I had decided to let out my property through LT, and overall received the worst experience of my life! very unprofessional, and rude towards both tenants and landlords. Still regret the day I decided to sign up with them, cause as soon as I did and decided to pull out, I was sent various emails by the manager threatening of law suits and various other threats, a record of which I still have available. During the two years they managed my property, they were late in forwarding the rental collection and I had to constantly follow this up. Sometimes, it took over 5 days from the date rent was paid until it was forwarded. They blamed it on the "processing time", never seen anything like it. Afterwards, once I got to know the tenant, I found out even the tenant was left in the dark till the very last day and was in a complete shock since she thought she was going to be made homeless having terminated her previous tenancy. Not entirely sure, why they made the poor girl go through such hassle when the property had been empty for over a month and they had the keys. Oh and not to mention that the number of complaints that I made about their service, was met with blank faces and didn't go anywhere. tenants, landlords, and everyone else, STAY AWAY! can't stress enough, STAY AWAY!

GoogleAs first time buyers, we really appreciated the friendly, approachable professionalism that came across in our dealings with Ludlowthompson, Tooting. Sophie, who showed us around the property, and Philip, who completed the sale were both extremely helpful and patient. They were timely in their responses to any queries we had or advice we needed through the whole home buying process which made us feel really valued as clients.

GoogleThese are the biggest amount of morons I have encountered. The amount of times they tried to scam when we tried to move out. 1 example out of the many; When moving out they required Β£500 for "cleaning" the house, however they didn't even clean the place as our landlord said to us.

GoogleWe are Landlords who use Ludlow for rent collection. They are incompetent, routinely charging the wrong amount, sending statements relating to other landlord's properties versus our own, and can't get the basics right. They charge a lot and you have to watch them like a hawk, I am relieved we do not use them for managing our property, and I would not recommend using them for any service if you can avoid it.

GoogleThis review is for Anne Braimah and Hassan Bacchus (Ludlow Thompson' agents): Both agents were really efficient and communicative. They were always very helpful and promt in responding to my queries. I couldn't really emphasise enough how I appreciated their role in the rental process (It went much smoother that I originally expected). Also, both are just great personalities!

I would have offered on the property but the thought of dealling with him and them was a massive turn off. Avoid this agency landlords.. please.. for your propertys sake!

GoogleWe dealt with Georgina and what a pleasant experience it was, she followed up with everyone involved and kept the momentum of the deal progressing. I have no doubt the sale would have dragged on for much longer had she not been consistent in chasing the professional parties involved. GooglePoor unprofessional services. Do not give any personal details - waste of time .Requested information about property they promoted. Agent was out of enthusiasm- mess asking for my details standard cheap agent procedure. Obviously property wasn't available. Such a scam.

GoogleThey are the worst agency I have ever dealt with, exhorbitant fees for a terrible service. We have had repeated problems in the flat we have rented with them and have only received excuses and a horrifying costumer service in return. We've had 5 different property managers in 2 years and not one solution offered to us. One example is leaving us with no hot water or heating for more then a month duriring christmas. Stay away from them

GoogleWorst estate agents that I have ever encoutered. Nobody in that office has a clue what they're doing or what's going on. Completely unprofessional and absolutely no communication.
