GoogleDreadful. Quick to sign a contract, but had not installed a bathroom sink as agreed, had barely been cleaned and had a fire alarm on low battery when I moved in. For my efforts I have been shouted at and ignored by staff - the fire alarm still needs replacing several weeks later.

GoogleManaged to somehow take over a week to sort out the repair of our washing machine fault, then dared to accuse us of causing the fault! This is one of several incidents of terrible customer service shown, avoid at all costs

GoogleI have rented out my apartment through Ludlow Thomson in Oval for 14 years and have never had a void period. Jibby is an excellent communicator and always responds quickly to questions and concerns and his negotiators have always worked hard to get me a good deal. I would recommend them to landlords.

GoogleAs a private single flat landlord and a returning management customer, I renegotiated the management terms with Finsbury Park Branch Manager, Daniela Gomes. We came to fair compromise (to be further improved upon next time!). Then Daniela handled the letting of my flat and ensured that there was no gap between tenancies and so no loss of rent. Highly commendable.

GoogleWe are Landlords who use Ludlow for rent collection. They are incompetent, routinely charging the wrong amount, sending statements relating to other landlord's properties versus our own, and can't get the basics right. They charge a lot and you have to watch them like a hawk, I am relieved we do not use them for managing our property, and I would not recommend using them for any service if you can avoid it.
