GoogleTerrible experience, really the worst service you can receive. The language we were spoken to was absolutely unacceptable. Reiss Stuart, who was our agent, was rude, unresponsive, gave us vague answers, kept changing the price, was uncomfortable and rude when we asked questions. We were given incorrect breakdowns of our costs. The issue that raised because of that was blamed on the tenants with emails using unacceptable language. This happened 2 days before the move in, causing a delay in the move in. Due to this one of the tenants had to stay in a hotel until we could move in as she has moved to London from America. Long story short, the agency is terrible, I wouldn't recommend it, the service doesn't get better after you move in either. Every month so far we have been questioned by our landlord whether we have paid full rent (which we always have, on time as well) as he wasn't getting the full rent. Save yourself from the stress.

GoogleExtremely helpful and quick at sorting am issues we had when renting our new home. Their online management system is brilliant and I felt comepety in control the whole time which I usually donβt find when letting. Extremely responsive and great at dealing with issues. Fees are a tiny bit higher than other places but for the service you receive I think itβs comepletley justified.

GoogleThis is the second time I rent a flat in London , never easy to get all this paper work on time. It was very stressful for us as some of the references havenβt been send from the company of one of us . But after all the manager Daniela figure out a way to make it happen . Amazing humain been. Thanks to her again as now we live in this amazing flat.

GoogleWe let our property via Daniela Gomes in a very short space of time. Daniela supported us throughout the process (which involved applying for an HMO licence) and answered our calls & emails at all times (including Bank holiday weekends/after hours). Daniela is extremely professional and helpful. The level of service she provided was well above and beyond my expectations. I'm sure she deserves a pay rise!

GoogleAs a private single flat landlord and a returning management customer, I renegotiated the management terms with Finsbury Park Branch Manager, Daniela Gomes. We came to fair compromise (to be further improved upon next time!). Then Daniela handled the letting of my flat and ensured that there was no gap between tenancies and so no loss of rent. Highly commendable.

GoogleI had a chance to interact with Ayoube and Clodagh during my Flat search in Kennington. Property purchase in UK is a long drawn process owing to various inherent complexities. Both of them were extremely calm and absolutely charming through all the interactions in the process and always ensured to turn around things at the earliest possible in a transparent and logical fashion. Without them, I can easily imagine multiple things taking much longer and breaking down. It was a pleasure to deal with them, and I would highly recommended them to others.

GoogleJust recently rented a new property via ludlowthompson in Tooting, and in particular from Keith Choruma (agent). His service has been 5* and has made a normally very stressful situation be so smooth sailing. He has a very professional manner and goes above and beyond his job role to ensure that I could secure the property I wanted. Always very responsive and ensured that everything required for rental was achieved quickly for both the landlord and myself. I had a really bad experience with the previous agents associated with my previous property and Keith has restored my faith in Estate agents! He is a true asset to the company and I will be highly recommending him to others should they need help with finding a property. Thank you so much for being efficient and honest. Plus its always a bonus to have a service with a smile :)

GoogleThe flat we saw was exactly the same of the pictures and Ali gave us all the information we required! We were happy to put an offer through on the same day because there were no reasons to wait and since then, they gave us support and all the information we needed. Nothing to complain at all
