GoogleAmirah Elmahdy, made our experience of house hunt so simple and easy. Viewing were arranged as per our requirements and all in-depth information was given to us regarding the property and the latest trend in the London housing market. It was more of cake walk for us to find and know about apartments / properties in London that suited our tastes and all thanks to Amirah Elmahdy for making this happen. GoogleI took me a while to find the right flat because I wanted to have a pet but I learned few things in the process. One of the most important learning was the importance of the attitude of the agent. Anne was super positive, kind and supportive since the moment we've met. About possible problematic issues she was suggesting ways to solve, while keeping the positive attitude and being super responsive. i think right agent changes everything in this process and Anne was perfect.

GoogleClaire helped me a lot in many ways to find a flat and all the process to moving in. I had a viewing with her Friday and needed to move in the new place within next Saturday. When I explained all my situation she said she will make it for me and SHE DID IT! I successfully moved in to new flat on next Friday! She managed all the process only for 4 days. She has done her job great for me to get the best deal. I highly recommend her and her team if you need to find a perfect flat that you want! Thanks agian Claire !!

GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with agent Claire Bobie. She was really friendly and honest with us and we felt listened to. Having had negative experiences when renting from the private sector in the past we didn’t know what to expect. But Claire made us feel that it’s not only about what the landlord wants, but what’s best for us too. In the end, it’s worked for both landlord and us and we’re happily moving to a brilliant flat to make it our home. I would recommend and encourage anyone to deal with Claire when looking for a house.

GoogleHad a property viewing with Natalie, who was reliable, polite and very helpful - yes, there are Estate Agents of that kind too, so credit where it’s due. Big 👍 Update 12/6/19: no, let’s stick with the usual image we all have of estate agents. These ones here blatantly will advertise Shared Ownership properties at only the 60% share price - and not tell you that that is the case until a mortgage broker confronts the staff with the naked truth. And even then, they continue the deception and continue to advertise online, through text messages and in their shop windows a partial price only: see as an example below how they advertise a £448,000 property. Avoid. Solicitor has been contacted. Watch this space.

However we did communicate the details of this with you on the 7th May via email just after a member of staff spoke to you on the phone. In this instance we were only selling 60% of the property and therefore we could only advertise at the 60% price, which was disclosed upfront during your initial conversations. GoogleHad a fantastic experience with Hannah Bick. She was responsive and clear with the process, she was also very targeted in showing us properties that were within budget and appetite. Would certainly recommend her to any prospective tenant/landlord as she was head and shoulders above the others we’ve dealt with in terms of overall service level.

The whole transition was smooth and hassle free. You both went the extra mile to help me with paper work, advice and extremely kind at all times. I felt comfortable calling you both and really appreciate for constantly updating me with progress, as you need to know what’s happening at all times. GoogleSurasak was wonderful, the complete opposite of the estate agent stereotype. Instead, he was a joy to deal with: charming, knowledgeable, reassuring and utterly trustworthy. When our solicitor went off the rails and ran away while we were completing, Surasak was our rock, unwaveringly supportive, refusing to tar us with the same brush. I would seek out his advice again in an eye blink. It’s lovely running into him around our new neighbourhood.

GoogleAvoid Avoid. Poor service from the start with Jibby and the on and off property manager Thomas Evans. It cost me 13% to manage my property, they hardly did anything. When they did manage my property such as, they charged me £150 for wool mesh to cover holes on floor and labour. The holes were not all covered and I had to have the work redone again. I had to manager my property. My tenants also complained that they could never get hold of the property manager and waited a long before the call was returned.. worst experience possible fir myself and tenants. I wouldn't recommend this letting agency.

GoogleI first researched the sale of my flat by asking three estate agents in the area to come over to the flat and give me their thought on the sale of the flat and what price I could achieve. The only estate agent that gave me any confidents was Ludlowthompson. I then went ahead and used Ludlowthompson to sell my flat in Albert Square. I am please to say the flat was sold within three days . The flat was shown to a chosen few clients with the idea to know if we had the price right in these strange times. I am please to report, I received the price that I wanted. This was for more money than the other two estate agents suggested. Kirsty the manager and her team were fantastic. Unfortunantly my solicitor was not ! So Kirsty helped me all the way, to make the sale go through as easy as possible .

GoogleMy experience of LT is that they are efficient, hard working and patient. Surasak, Kirsty and Alex were assigned to sell my duplex apartment and in the end we achieved a good price in a tricky market. The sale of my property wasn't straightforward but they worked hard to bring only the right buyers round and to eventually get the sale through. I was able to communicate with everyone easily and they helped me with a lot of questions as we went along. I would recommend LT and would use them again if need be.

GoogleKirsty at the oval office was fantastic! This was my first sale & I was super nervous as I’ve never sold a house before, & the prospect of all the jargon involved with the sale of a house filled me with dread. Kirsty took her time explaining all the necessary details, was super patient, very knowledgeable, & professional. She was confident I would sell my house in the one month of the year well reputed for the poorest house sales.... within days I found a buyer! The team handling the viewings was also well presented and professional, & the photographer took great (free!) marketing photos of the property. Communication (& speed of which) is important to me, & I found being able to contact my agent at any time, & jointly them providing me with regular updates made the process so much more stress free than I imagined. Highly recommend estate agents. xx

GoogleI was fortunate to have Kirsty, the manager to help me selling my property. She is very professional and no support is ever too much trouble for her. Not only I managed to sell my property in a short space of time but she has also patiently helped me with paper work from various process. Not to forget to mention Georgina, who is also very professional with a helping hand on my paper works and various advice. I like to say thank you to both for such a wonderful experience.
