GoogleArranged a viewing, but nobody showed up. After waiting in the cold, several calls to our letting agent and the agency itself with no response, we decided to walk over to the office, as it was a few minutes walk away. It was abandoned and closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 20.00 (and it was just after 18.00 at the time). Left a voicemail for the agent, but still haven't received any sort of response or apology.

GoogleSharan gave us space to explore our viewing so we could get to grips and ask any questions we had once we were ready. Friendly and helpful throughout unfortuantely the property just wasn't for us. Would recommend.

GoogleSharan was really helpful when we called and asked for urgent support. She showed as a nice garden flat on the same day, and she answered all of our questions. I can only recommend her.

GoogleI need to make a note about an Agent that work here. Seriously I promised myself to write a review about him regarding the outcome of the reference to get the let! His service was outstanding and I felt that was more a friend that was helping rathe than the usual agent but at the same time professional. Even when he finished his shift and during the evening he replied to me! You must reward Micheal!

GoogleHorrible experience, I'm not going to say any more of them.

GoogleI took me a while to find the right flat because I wanted to have a pet but I learned few things in the process. One of the most important learning was the importance of the attitude of the agent. Anne was super positive, kind and supportive since the moment we've met. About possible problematic issues she was suggesting ways to solve, while keeping the positive attitude and being super responsive. i think right agent changes everything in this process and Anne was perfect.

She always replies to queries very fast and she also came in personally when needed to deal with house issues. Would highly recommend her services.
