GoogleMr Jonathan Campbell was a great help to myself for finding a tenant to my flat. He would call me regularly and update the situation. He would also answer to my emails very promptly and answer my question very well. Thank you for the hard work..

GooglePoor understanding of local HMO regulations, lack of transparency of terms and conditions, poor staff training and charge a high premium. Finance department were stressful to deal with. They really need to think about their clients needs instead of being a greedy and self serving estate agents. Please be aware that they will charge your two year’s estate agent fees within the first 8 months of the tenancy!! Just awful, I would encourage others to go with another estate agents.

GoogleBooked a viewing that took almost an hour to get to, only for no one to turn up. I waited for 20 minutes (in the dark), called multiple times and couldn't get through. No explanation was given, and no warning was given beforehand. Wasted at least 2 hours in total with no response.

GoogleHad a great experience with the Acton team, they really do have quite a lot of good properties to rent and they always send you new offers either as a text or email. Jonathan and his apprentice Charlie were very helpful and professional, really prompt communication via emails and on the phone. After negotiating terms with the landlord, Jonathan got us a very good deal. I will highly recommend Acton team to everyone! Thanks for helping me find an amazing flat for a good price!
