GoogleI am just at the beginning of my house search but have already had my fair share of unhelpful estate agents. That is why working with Beatrix has been an absolute game changer! She is tenacious and on top of things, you will never have to chase her. She will spend the time to understand your requirements so that she can present you with the best options to fit your needs. She is very well organised and professional. You need an estate agent like this not just to find your next home but to also have as smooth of an exchange process as possible!

GoogleKatie Hinder was an absolute delight to work with and was incredibly helpful through the flat hunt/viewing processes, would 100% recommend going through her.

GoogleAfter having used them for a few years as managing agents - and finding service excellent - the team helped us sell our flat in 2024. Nicola Dawkins managed the whole, complicated process impeccably, keeping us updated across numerous months and various intracacies and issues. She made it a success, highly recommended.

GoogleFor any landlords is your property is under £2100 a month I have no idea why you're using this agent. Completely ignored multiple enquiries to view specific properties from someone who was very keen and was ready to offer.

GoogleI recently bought a property in Brixton and working with Joseph made it a smooth and stress-free process. His communication was always clear and on time and he made sure that the solicitors were on track with what they needed to be doing. Joseph shared that he was a homeowner himself and so he could relate to what it was like to be a first time buyer which was also reassuring. Highly recommended!

GoogleKatie was an immense help during our house hunt, she initially identified the requirements we had for our hunt. Then she frequently let me know new properties that fit this - she Katie made what is normally an arduous process much less stressful.

GoogleOur agent Mariana is an absolute star! she is smart and vivacious. We enjoyed her company so much! She always consider all our needs before she showed us her options and what she showed us are amazing and we ended up putting an offer on one of the properties. Highly recommend this young and intelligent star!

GoogleExtremely unprofessional service from this letting agency, particularly Nicola. We were left in the dark throughout the letting process and had to constantly chase them for updates. They also failed to stick to the agreed move-in time, leaving us stranded with delivery services waiting to bring in our furniture. We were promised that issues like broken curtains, doors, and flooring would be fixed before we moved in, but just days before, we were told we'd have to deal with the landlord directly. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

GoogleWas a tenant for one of their flats, and I have never EVER met people who were so unhelpful to their tenants. Completely only took the landlords side despite being given EVIDENCE that the deposit was to be returned in full. I will NEVER ever give foxtons my business again and will never recommend them to any friends/family. I understand their terrible reputation now for not caring for their tenants and unfortunately had to find out the hard way that it is true. Do not waste your money time or energy and it is a shame for you that you have lost a client due to your company's selfish monetary needs.

GoogleMy partner and I had the best BEST experience with Nicola Georgiou, couldn’t recommend her enough. In the past I’ve had terrible experiences with agents and she’s managed to convince me that there are good eggs. Her level of professionalism is outstanding and she really cares for her clients to get a place they like! Great great great !!!

GoogleDonald has been great throughout the process of selling our flat. Highly professional and communicative throughout. He worked with us to secure the initial viewings and then supported us through exchange and completion. GoogleWe had such a wonderful experience with Nicola Georgiou. We are new to the London rental market and had quite specific requirements re student-friendly housing/budget/location and Nicola went above and beyond to accommodate these and never made us feel as though our options were limited. She is kind, professional, personable, and extremely efficient and we strongly recommend her to others in a similar position.
