GoogleWarning to all prospective buyers, this estate agent will go out of its way to avoid selling to anyone who isn't a cash buyer or 1st time buyer. Unhelpful, weren't proactive in suggesting other properties that met our criteria. They will also ask inappropriate questions about your circumstances.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleMillie from the loveitts leamington office came to value my mothers property. She was well prepared and had clearly done her research. She talk through the options to gain a higher rental value and talked step by step through improvements. She was very straight forward and you could tell she really knew what she was talking about. GoogleUPDATE - These issues have now been resolved. Things moved pretty quickly after a change in their management. ----- We rented a house 3 months ago from Loveitts. It was all fine and dandy till the completion of the lease process. However, since then we've raised several issues that needed to be sorted out at the house and absolutely nothing has been done so far. These are some basic requirements that you expect every house you rent to have and nothing too complicated. Every time we contact them regarding these issues, they "promise" for it to be sorted out at the earliest. However, nothing has been done to sort it out till date. They don't even bother to call back to update you and you have to keep following up and even then you don't get any satisfactory results. I've been holding off on leaving a review in the hope that things will be sorted out soon but I am just so frustrated with the level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication from their part. Surely three months in enough time to sort out these basic things! The least you expect is a call back to update you on the status when they "promise" to do the same. If this is how they continue to treat us, we cannot wait for the contract period to be over to find another place however much we like this house.

GoogleWe purchased a property via Loveitts estate agents in Leamington Spa. We dealt with Jas Bagri from start to finish. We noticed the property was online with an online agent but took no notice of the property but as soon as Jas started marketing it via Loveitts the property presentation looked so different compared to the online agent. We booked in a viewing and had our offer accepted within days. The customer journey form start to finish was pleasant and Jas helped us out a lot with his communication via email and watts app. I would recommend using Jas at Loveitts if you wish to sell or buy as we felt comfortable using him and Loveitts
