This was a probate sale and my first experience of selling at Auction. I felt very nervous prior to the process as I wanted to do the best by our family but Sara Herbert could not have been kinder. She met us at the property and spent an hour explaining the process and talking through options, which made us feel incredibly supported. She and her team kept us informed and involved every step of the way and were always at the end of the phone if we had questions. This was particularly appreciated as we live some distance away from Coventry. They even proactively organised a locksmith when the only key they had broke off in the door! We were unable to attend the live auction but we were all really pleased with the price we got and the auctioneer worked incredibly hard to ensure we got the best price. Post-sale, Richard from the team kept us informed as to progress and provided much reassurance to help with our nerves! The whole process was seamless and we could not recommend Sara and her team more highly. I would 100% do another auction again based on this experience. Thank you!

What a breath of fresh air! I cannot thank Loveitts enough! I deal with this Estate agent twice (Coventry branch) as a tenant and on both occasions they were fantastic! The first time around Rebekah went above and beyond to book me in to view a property I really wanted to see. Unfortunately, the viewing was cancelled 2 hours before the viewing. It is a very fast and chaotic market at the moment and all it takes is 5 seconds for a property to be snatched. Hadn't sold an house for a long time and it was all a bit daunting to us at first.. However after meeting Steve at the Nuneaton office he informed us clearly of what to do and it all seemed very logical and we felt a lot more comfortable. The property took a while to sell but Steve kept in constant contact with us. Helping and advising us along the way. Once we sold Michelle took over with all the chasing and kept us informed of where things were with solicitors and the buyer. Again it was good to have someone you were comfortable with. I have to say at Loveitts they were all very nice people and they did everything in bringing about a successful sale in what was a difficult time in the housing market.I have nothing but praise for both of them in how they worked through the sale of our property. Despite giving a leaving notice of 3 month period, still haunt you for rent.Disappointing service, disgraceful behaviour.Did I have to climb mount Everest to take my name off the tenancy??Why couldn't you tell me when I handed over 3 month notice that I need to burn some midnight oil for getting off the tenancy? Why were you not transparent about it then? This is the trickery and dubious behaviour that you guys exhibit.If I tell you that I am leaving, I am not concerned about the other person. You should have entered into a new contract with the other person and NOT kept me in the contract.And you should've told me what else I should do do to get my name off the contract, which you haven't even donenow!!
