I got top price for my house sale!

Sara Herbert and Sally Wilkins sold a house of mine via auction, one which I was struggling to sell in open market with another agent due to the nature of buyers these days, offering high, then trying to haggle a £20k discount before signing. So the frustration for me as a landlord trying to offload an empty property for 2 months prior was high when I asked Loveitts to take over. They dealt with every headache seamlessly considering I am no longer living in the UK and they sold the property in 4 mins in the next online auction they hosted for the top market price I asked for:).
