GoogleMade an offer on a house and tried to negotiate a deal but these so called professional bunch had for sale and i have had to chase them constantly for feed back from the vendor!! and answer to my offer!! it has been like pulling teeth dealing with this lot!!! so the house is now up with another agent and have the deal sealed already!!! i hope the business owner reads this as £4800 in commission has just left the building!!!

GoogleHow this estate agent is still in business is beyond me. Truly awful 'customer service'. Extremely rude and so very bad that we took our rental business elsewhere. I would never ever darken these doors again !

We at Loveitts always strive to provide a professional service whereby landlords or tenants feel that their property is managed carefully. I note that we have not dealt with you since the end of our agreement in 2011 but before and since this date a number of procedures have been implemented and put in place to enhance the service our clients receive.
