TrustpilotThe Coventry Loveittes team were fantastic
The Loveittes team were fantastic, Charis completed the valuation, took the photos and put the listing up online in record time. My house had 10 viewings booked within the first 5 days and was sold after 7 days. The viewings were conducted by Amanda who was friendly and knowledgeable, she then followed everything up until completion.Communication with Loveittes was first class and any questions were answered straight away. Will definitely use them again should we decide to move again.

GoogleAs first time buyers we were caught up in an unusually complicated and long winded sales process, which was no fault of Loveitts. However, the process could have been made less stressful with better customer service and communication from the sales team

GoogleShockingly poor. If I could avoid giving 1 star I would. Spoke to Finn - not sure why they let this individual on the phone. He was unable to answer any of my questions so I asked to speak to someone else. He said his colleague Jenny was in the office but would only say the same as he had. I pointed out that 5 minutes into my phone call to them I was still none-the-wiser about a property I had enquired about. His response "Well I take it that you are not interested then" and the call ended. Clearly having a very bad day but this is no way to deal with customers and I shall not trouble this Agent with my business in the future.

As a well an established, traditional and long standing agent our customer service is something we take particular care with. Fynn is our apprentice and after lots of training he is continuously developing his skills. We regularly listen to recorded calls to assist with training and development needs. We can honestly say that we have had nothing but positive comments and praise from buyers, sellers and even other estate agents with reference to how helpful Fynn is. As such, your comments have come as a surprise. I am aware that the call was ended amicably with an agreement that a more senior member of staff would call back to assist with your enquiry. GoogleSeveral days after formally proceeding with our offer in writing and taking the property off the market (SSTC), Loveitts arranged a viewing with another interested buyer which resulted in our offer being gazumped and costing us an extra £9k to continue proceeding. For this reason I will avoid using Loveitts again in future. Aside from this major disappointment, our Loveitts sales progressor was generally very good and the valuer we used on our own property, although not accurate (as it turned out), was very knowledgeable and helpful.

GoogleMy Brother had a great experience working with Liam. He couldn’t believe how responsive he was to all of our requests and questions, and he knew far more than my brother Francis ever hoped to about the process of renting his home. Loveitts Coventry is far better than what my brother expected. Thanks a million to Liam, a great Guy with professional values. My brother knew the area very well, because he already lived there.
