Booked a viewing through their online booking system sadly didn't get a confirmation. Few days later received an e-mail: "Furthermore to your enquiry, please find further details attached." They sent me a pdf brochure of the property which I had already seen online, so I rang them to book a viewing instead. The lady said they didn't have the keys yet and would ring me back when they got them. One week later I saw the property is "under offer" so I rang them again and asked if it's still possible to view it, they said it's already taken. Really guys? Poor communication and a blasé attitude. I guess the landlord is happy the property got taken so quickly without me having the opportunity to even put in an offer.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I was wary of putting my property up for sale by auction; in my mind I thought that it was inferior to the ‘normal’ route of going through an estate agent. However, as the property needed renovation and modernisation, I got in touch with Sally at Loveitts. Sally took time to explain that under the circumstances this was probably the ideal way to proceed. In fact she thought it likely that the property would achieve a better price at auction. Not only was the process much quicker (it might have taken many more months to sell through an agent) but as Sally predicted: the property sold for far more than I expected, thanks to the efforts of the team at Loveitts. I have dealt with many companies over the years and in my experience it is very rare to get such professional, courteous and diligent service as I have had at Loveitts. LISTEN!!! Avoid this letting agency called Loveitts at all costs. ❌❌❌ There is no 0 rating or -5 that’s what I should have given. If you cherish your peace of mind or your money, I wouldn’t touch this letting agency with a 1 mile broom. I rented a property from them and I still had about 3 months to the end of my tenancy, however, the landlord wanted to sell the property. They advised that I could leave the property earlier than my tenancy end date and since I paid my rents 6 months in advance, they will transfer the rent to the new property I rent. Fast forward to when I left the property, they refused to give me my outstanding rent claiming that no rent was due to me. Close to £900. Plus my deposit of over £1030 was taken up by the letting agency who wanted to return only £90 to me on the ground of cleaning, redecoration and gardening. Despite the fact I spent over £200 on end of tenancy cleaning, personally mowed the lawn and redecorated the property to an acceptable standard. Go with your money elsewhere. It’s only a candid advice.

Very bad

Very bad. The property was in a bad state. Agency would never fix problems. I had to spend my own time and money in fixing things properly. In the end of the tenancy agency tried to steel my deposit, by making up damages. After I have proved that damage was done prior to my move in, it took them 1 year (exactly) to return my deposit after so many emails. I dont advise to rent from them, if you have to, make sure you take all measures to protect your deposit.
