GoogleI contacted Loveitts about a "To Let"on the evening of Tuesday 21st of July, the following day a lovely lady called Linda called me to run through a criteria check. I was then invited to submit an application which I did on the Wednesday. On the Friday I was offered a viewing (for the Saturday morning) current Covid guidance was followed at all times. I paid my holding deposit on the Monday & I new my application had been successfull by the Thursday. I am a single Mother with 3 children, some lettings agents looked on me with prejudice for this & would not allow me to submit an application. This made me feel belittled like I was somehow doing something wrong. Loveitts never treated me like this, only with respect & understanding & the highest level of professionalism. The ladies in the office are absolutely lovely & nothing is too much for them. The day I got my keys, there was a leak in the kitchen, I rang Linda & there was a plumber out within half an hour. There has been a lovely handyman come and take care of a few snags & cosmetic issues. The electricians have been in to change the lights & switches . I have also had a brand new oven installed. Iv been renting for the last 8 years , but I have never felt as "looked after" by a letting agent, as I am being looked after by Loveitts. No request is too small, they treat every request with professionalism & advise me instantly pretty much ,what action will be taken to resolve my dilemma. They are honestly fabulous. So if you are thinking of using loveitts... don't hesitate because you will not be disappointed

GoogleI had rented a flat via Loveitts in Nuneaton i was happy with their service until i really needed their assistance with the mix up with keys. When handing back my keys at the end of my contract i accidentally handed my front door key to my new home in Devon and not to the flat i rented in Nuneaton. When i realised i had made this mistake i called the office and spoke with Avril Wilson who is the manager and she refused to help me by saying " its not my problem and i don't have to go out my way to help you" to post the key to me recorded delivery and i would reimburse the cost of posting because of this i have chosen to have my locks changed at a cost that i can not afford.

GoogleDO NOT RENT THROUGH LOVEITTS. They have constantly tried to take money from us for no reason. We always paid rent on time yet multiple times they had lost track and then tried to charge extra for late payments! On top of this, we moved out in April and didn't hear anything about our deposit until mid JULY! They also tried to charge us for removing sofas that were in there when we moved in. There was one redeeming factor and it was a member of the team who tried to fight our corner. She was brilliant, but got overruled by the rest of the greedy team who always wanted to basically scam us. In short, don't rent through Loveitts. They are incompetent and very, very unreliable.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We refute these claims and follow a strict procedure when returning deposits. A schedule of condition is referred to and all evidence dictates if a deposit is returned in full or deductions made. Loveitts collect rents, but in accordance with the AST interest can be charged on late rent payments if the landlord requests. We are happy to discuss your issues further if required.

Absolute bunch of clowns. From trying to get a viewing to the acknowledgment of existing damage caused by the previous tennant (trying to charge me for it) to trying to charge me for dust on door frames. Can't return a call or an email and quite frankly when they do you might as well talk to a wall. Seems as a tennant they are only interested in keeping their landlords happy and forget the tennant once they are no longer paying them money. Sadly I paid all my rent even though I was advised to not pay my last month and let them take it out of my bond. It also would appear that there is no such thing as common courtesy once you are no longer a tennant. Promised four calls and an email and having spend over ten days chasing them finally get told the manager has been busy. Sorry Loveitts but if that's the best you can do then I'll remind you it isn't the 1980's and customer service has moved on. Hopefully I'll never need your services again in any capacity and I'll do my best to make sure people know what a disgraceful experience I've had from your business.

I bought a property at Auction from them, and they helped me though every step of the way, from giving me a glass of water (to help me cope with the shock of having actually been able to buy my own property! I did not expect that...) though the identification and deposit payment all the way to completion, they were faultlessly polite and efficient. As were their solicitors, who (when I can remember their name) will also get a good review from me. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful their people were to me, and I don't get to say that as often as I would like. Thanks to loveitts I am tantalsingly close to being a member of the aristoracy. I have "property" and I am skint!

Unprofessional.Went out of their way to avoid selling a property to us. They are clearly prejudice against people in the usual circumstances of having a property to sell. Unhelpful in comparison to others who have gone out of their to find property which would fit our criteria. Asked inappropriate questions about our circumstances. Very very poor.

GoogleConcerning i rang them 4 times and was told they would get back to me and to this time and date still waiting i would say they are unprofessional and full of promises. Wouldnt touch them .
