FacebookWe were really pleased with the services provided by the Whitehaven branch, Aidan was really helpful and offered sound advice. We sold and bought a house through them and all the transactions went smoothly 👍

GoogleI have had a terrible experience with Lillingtons estate agents. The staff all extremely rude and unprofessional. Their attitude is disgusting and the way they speak to their customers is appalling. The staff are unresponsive and ignore all telephone calls and emails. If you have an issue, you have to be the one who has to constantly be chasing them. My experience with Lillingtons Estate Agent, Whitehaven has hands down been the most terrible experience that I have ever encountered. Family and friends told me to stay away and I wish I listened. I cannot wait for my Tenancy to end so I no longer have to be in contact with them. I would strongly recommend using another estate agent, there is absolutely nothing positive I can say about Lillingtons estate agent.

FacebookI feel that I have been played, I was interested in buying a house that was advertised but actually it was not for sale. I have been used to motivate the first buyer to buy a house (they were hesitant for over a year) of course they bid my price. I decided not to sell my house with Lillingtons, despite that they put a sell sign anyway, never collected it. This agency was not efficient in selling a house next door, put no interest in collecting their sign or transferring they keys, basically it was a private sale with no agent effort. So I do not recommend their services unless you want to be disappointed. By the way I think honesty can take people much further!

Dear Anna, im sorry to see this review you just left and think its a shame that you didnt raise any of your thoughts at the time rather than months later on our page. I can assure you that at no time were you played by my company, despite how it felt to you. The actual outcome for me was that i wasted the money i put into your initial marketing before you withdrew. As im sure you can appreciate that was not my aim when agreeing to work together so you could buy that house. Although time has past, if you would like to discuss your views on what happened you are welcome to email me directly as i know you have my own email address. Kind regards Aidan Lillington

FacebookAidan was very helpful and had great knowledge of Cockermouth, Workington and Whitehaven areas. I just popped in..... no appointment and at lunchtime. Aidan was approachable and very professional. He had the time to answer my questions and show me properties on the computer and printed me information on the viewings I had booked in a different branch. Very good experience on the phone at the Whitehaven branch too. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a property and want excellent customer service. :-)

While we are clearly sorry you feel this way, it would have been helpful if you could have explained why you gave this review. Only then could we have understood and tried to address/improve our service, which is normally award winning.

FacebookBrilliant, friendly, knowledgeable staff who couldn't have been more helpful. A particular acknowledgement needs to be made to Chelsea Wright who went out of her way to accommodate viewings I requested. Would recommend Lillingtons to anybody looking to buy/let property.
