The standard of service from the Lettings Team is exceptional, as a "Landlord"... as many will appreciate, void periods are best avoided! Lillingtons and especially "Liz" delivers a very friendly yet professional approach and attitude and has a great understanding of the whole process............and doesn't just offer "lip service " as many Letting Agents are often (at times, mistakenly), accused of..... You have once again made my life far easier than it has been of late. Throughout the whole of this time I have found them to be both friendly and very professional in the carrying out the Services which they provide. I am kept updated at regularly on all aspects of my property. including all changes in legislation relating to the letting of property by overseas Landlords. I would be very happy to recommend Lillingtons to any future Landlord requiring these or similar services.

Lillingtons have successfully let my property and Made a complicated process stress free!! I wished to let this property with very limited involvement and that is exactly what they have provided. Letting a property is a complicated process and thanks to continuous changes to legislation etc it is becoming more complicated every day and we therefore appreciate that it may be difficult for individual and overseas Landlords to keep on top of the many responsibilities. We used Lillingtons to market our rental property. We were really pleased with the service given to us. Viewings were made for times appropriate for us, feedback was provided after viewings & we were kept informed throughout. After just 2 weeks Lillingtons found a tenant & ran thorough checks reducing our levels of risk. We opted for the introduction service only but this all ran smoothly & we wouldn't hesitate to use Lillingtons again should we need to find another tenant.

We have a number of flats rented through Lillingtons and have found their service to be excellent. Good tenants have been found quite quickly and all the details of letting have been efficiently dealt with. If you are looking for an agent to let property for you we would definitely recommend them.
