View AgentsSmooth, hassle free & thorough - Rental Property
We used Lillingtons to market our rental property. We were really pleased with the service given to us. Viewings were made for times appropriate for us, feedback was provided after viewings & we were kept informed throughout. After just 2 weeks Lillingtons found a tenant & ran thorough checks reducing our levels of risk. We opted for the introduction service only but this all ran smoothly & we wouldn't hesitate to use Lillingtons again should we need to find another tenant.

Thank you Janine. Finding a suitable tenant as quickly and as hassle free as possible is exactly what our Introduction Only service aims to achieve. We are extremely pleased to hear that you would come back to us again in the future, perhaps next time you might opt for either our Fully Managed or Rent Collection Service? Thanks again.

FacebookFOREX INVESTMENT I never believed my life will change in such a manner, i saw a review on a page about Mr Chris Crypto and before then i have never risk money doing anything online with anybody because i think i was so wise and never want to be cheated, but when i contacted him and he explained everything to me concerning trading and the profit i can make within a week i was convinced to give a trial and why i risked to invest $500 was because i don't need to send him the money but to create and fund my trading account all by myself and give him the access to manage my trading account and after one week i made a withdrawals of $7,000, please i am very happy to introduce all my friends and family to invest in themselves and there family with Chris. Instead of looking for other evil ways to make money or to increase there worth in life thanks

View AgentsA great Estate Agent
Lillingtons were superb when selling my late Uncle's house. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept me well informed of all viewings, providing feedback and stayed closely involved during the sale completion. When viewings were slow they placed the property as "property of the week" and gave it prime position in the office window. They advised of solutions to potential problems arising from the property survey and did all they could to ensure a successful sale. I cannot praise them highly enough. Ian undertook the valuation and Toni was the contact throughout the sale. Great team work, Lillingtons!!.

Having only ever moved house once, the thought of downsizing from our six bedroomed Victorian house into temporary rented property was daunting! The help from Lorraine , Julie and the team was brilliant; from updates about our property viewings to advice about how to go about renting somewhere, all was dealt with expertly by the team. Their local knowledge was very good and at all times staff were very professional and approachable. I would highly recommend using them.

FacebookI feel that I have been played, I was interested in buying a house that was advertised but actually it was not for sale. I have been used to motivate the first buyer to buy a house (they were hesitant for over a year) of course they bid my price. I decided not to sell my house with Lillingtons, despite that they put a sell sign anyway, never collected it. This agency was not efficient in selling a house next door, put no interest in collecting their sign or transferring they keys, basically it was a private sale with no agent effort. So I do not recommend their services unless you want to be disappointed. By the way I think honesty can take people much further!

Dear Anna, im sorry to see this review you just left and think its a shame that you didnt raise any of your thoughts at the time rather than months later on our page. I can assure you that at no time were you played by my company, despite how it felt to you. The actual outcome for me was that i wasted the money i put into your initial marketing before you withdrew. As im sure you can appreciate that was not my aim when agreeing to work together so you could buy that house. Although time has past, if you would like to discuss your views on what happened you are welcome to email me directly as i know you have my own email address. Kind regards Aidan Lillington

The team at Lillingtons were instrumental when selling my home they showed strong local knowledge and their long term experience was evident.
After taking advice to "re- jig" and prepare my home in the correct manner for selling - the sold sign was erected !
A very effective and efficient sale achieving higher than the asking price !
The staff were approachable with great professional guidance .
Would recommend this agent.

Thank you Karen and it is great to hear you highlight how the experience of the team played such an important part in your positive Lillingtons experience. There really is no substitute for experience in estate agency and our Workington team truly are both local property experts and knowledgeable and skilled estate agents. It is also good to hear that you took our advice on how to prepare your property for sale. Sellers should never underestimate the importance of property presentation and I am delighted that it all resulted in such a positive outcome for you.

FacebookI had to leave this post here as a sign of gratitude since that, is one of the least he asked of me. From my calculations, I made $5,200 in 1 week trading.. since MR. ETHAN PAYNE started managing my account, I haven't experienced any regrets in continuing binary options trading, though i lost a lot when I started as a newbie. But since i met him i have always been smiling, i feel so much joy each time i log in daily to see my trade records and balance. He is indeed a good expert. View AgentsA professional yet caring approach - Highly recommend.
I used Lillington's in Workington to sell my house and the service was fantastic. They arranged viewings at convenient times and kept us informed of all feedback. I used them to sell my deceased mother's house and again the service was excellent.
They have a very professional yet personal approach and it works during, ehat can be, a very stressful time.

FacebookDealt with the most rude and obnoxious woman on the phone to ask for a viewing and when she showed us round the house didn't introduce herself or give any eye contact or information. Made us feel she was superior to us. I'd never use or deal with this company ever again.

Dear Carrie, we are sorry if you feel your experience has been poor. As you can see all over the web we are regularly praised for our care and customer service so this is very surprising but valuable to hear. We acknowledge that we are only human and cannot get it right all of the time so would be interested to know which branch you dealt with so we can look into this further for you.
