Smooth, hassle free & thorough - Rental Property

We used Lillingtons to market our rental property. We were really pleased with the service given to us. Viewings were made for times appropriate for us, feedback was provided after viewings & we were kept informed throughout. After just 2 weeks Lillingtons found a tenant & ran thorough checks reducing our levels of risk. We opted for the introduction service only but this all ran smoothly & we wouldn't hesitate to use Lillingtons again should we need to find another tenant.
