FacebookFOREX INVESTMENT I never believed my life will change in such a manner, i saw a review on a page about Mr Chris Crypto and before then i have never risk money doing anything online with anybody because i think i was so wise and never want to be cheated, but when i contacted him and he explained everything to me concerning trading and the profit i can make within a week i was convinced to give a trial and why i risked to invest $500 was because i don't need to send him the money but to create and fund my trading account all by myself and give him the access to manage my trading account and after one week i made a withdrawals of $7,000, please i am very happy to introduce all my friends and family to invest in themselves and there family with Chris. Instead of looking for other evil ways to make money or to increase there worth in life thanks

View AgentsLiz is one in a million!
2 1/2 years ago we rented a property through Liz. We had just moved to the area and were very much alone. Liz made us feel welcome, helped with any queries we may have had and made the process, smooth and seamless. She was always happy and obliging when I called and I knew that I would hear a cheery voice when I called her up. When it came to buying a property and sorting out the end of lease Liz was always just a call away to help and guide us. I cannot recommend Liz highly enough. Our property experiences have been amazing thanks to Liz.

In the top five most stressful life events, moving house closely follows bereavement and divorce in third position. Lillingtons however made our move as stress-free as possible, helping us at every stage in both selling and buying property and smoothing the way as we ‘right-sized’ in retirement to a new home.
All the staff at the Cockermouth office were great. Aidan Lillington even interrupted his Caribbean holiday to get us on our way at the start of the process of selling and buying! When he returned from holiday, Aidan did a superb marketing job, securing a proceed-able sale, at the asking price, within one week on the open market.
As we also bought our new home via Lillingtons, this eased the process considerably. Sharon, Stephanie, Katie and Liz at the Cockermouth office were consistently helpful and reliable in response to any request we made and Aidan was always on hand if we needed his expertise.
So a big thank you to all the team at Lillington’s Estate Agency, whom we have no hesitation in recommending.

Aidan, Stephanie and Gina of lillingtons, Cockermouth have recently sold our house for us :)
We were kept informed of all potetial viewings and given the option of showing the buyers around the house ourselves, or they were willing to do the viewings if we were unable to attend.
All went through smoothly - we reccomend Lillintons of Cockermouth for your selling and letting needs :)

FacebookI feel that I have been played, I was interested in buying a house that was advertised but actually it was not for sale. I have been used to motivate the first buyer to buy a house (they were hesitant for over a year) of course they bid my price. I decided not to sell my house with Lillingtons, despite that they put a sell sign anyway, never collected it. This agency was not efficient in selling a house next door, put no interest in collecting their sign or transferring they keys, basically it was a private sale with no agent effort. So I do not recommend their services unless you want to be disappointed. By the way I think honesty can take people much further!

Dear Anna, im sorry to see this review you just left and think its a shame that you didnt raise any of your thoughts at the time rather than months later on our page. I can assure you that at no time were you played by my company, despite how it felt to you. The actual outcome for me was that i wasted the money i put into your initial marketing before you withdrew. As im sure you can appreciate that was not my aim when agreeing to work together so you could buy that house. Although time has past, if you would like to discuss your views on what happened you are welcome to email me directly as i know you have my own email address. Kind regards Aidan Lillington

View AgentsA very professional, well run business.
Lillingtons is a very professional, well run independent business that puts the needs of the vendor first but is scrupulously fair to potential purchasers. Emphasis is on good practice, integrity and transparency of process throughout.
Brochures and photographs are of a very high standard and the displays in the local office are outstanding.
If we sell again we would certainly return to Lillingtons.

A professional and friendly business offering a range of services at reasonable prices. But what I found most interesting and promising was Aidan's strategy and vision for the business. It by far differentiates themselves against any competition and his strive for attracting new business by thinking outside the box!

Lillingtons have successfully let my property and Made a complicated process stress free!!
I wished to let this property with very limited involvement and that is exactly what they have provided. I am an overseas land lord and feel confident that my property is in the best of hands.
The process has been completely transparent and Lillingtons are always working with my best interest in mind.

I think you may have said it all JL. Letting a property is a complicated process and thanks to continuous changes to legislation etc it is becoming more complicated every day and we therefore appreciate that it may be difficult for individual and overseas Landlords to keep on top of the many responsibilities. With that in mind we were delighted to hear that we are managing the process for you in a stress free and uncomplicated way. That is the beauty of using Lillingtons; we are the property letting experts so you do not have to be. Thank you for taking the time to review us and here's to many more stress free experiences for you with Lillingtons Residential Lettings

FacebookI had to leave this post here as a sign of gratitude since that, is one of the least he asked of me. From my calculations, I made $5,200 in 1 week trading.. since MR. ETHAN PAYNE started managing my account, I haven't experienced any regrets in continuing binary options trading, though i lost a lot when I started as a newbie. But since i met him i have always been smiling, i feel so much joy each time i log in daily to see my trade records and balance. He is indeed a good expert. Experience this for your self , action speaks louder feel free to ask me more or contact MR. ETHAN PAYNE Email: ethanpayne700@gmail.comWhatsApp:+44 7862 075181
