Googlei was looking to move in because of my job and needed to move in quickly. Lenwell where ever so helpful and got me a viewing for a property i was interested in for a time that suited me, the process of renting the property through lenwell was very straight forward and i had no problems what so ever, would defiantly recommend!

GoogleWe've let our village flat through Lenwells for 20 years. We've only had one "bad" tenant in that time. At changeover the team have been efficient with a personal touch. Where we have needed a tradesman for a problem they have made good recommendations.

GoogleLenwell have managed my property since 2012. I am very happy with the service I receive I actually have new tenants moving in today as the previous tenant has moved on. The new tenants were actually sourced within 48 hours.. excellent service from Michelle and her colleagues..I use two other letting agents ln different areas but find Lenwell far superior to the other two..particularly one of them.

GoogleWaste of time. Wayne didn't turn up to show us a flat. "Forgot to put it in his diary" even after sending out emails and had a call Monday about it .

GoogleTHE WORST ESTATE AGENT IN BEDFORD, WITHOUT ANY DAUBT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RUDE CALL HANDLER . COMPLAINED TO THE HEAD OFFICE- GUESS WHAT???? CAME UP WITH MILLIONS OF EXCUSES. PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT IF YOU CAN.!!!!

GoogleI leaved in Biggleswade about 2 years and let the flat from the agency. I can tell you, was fair with me from the begining till the end of the contract. Just offer them to anyone. Correct team, and helpfull. Good luck to you.

GoogleAVIOD!!! IF I could leave zero stars on this review I would. The service being offered is diabolical and the lies told by this agent regarding their properties is laughable. If the Saturday girl (Nicola) showing people around does not have viable information it is best to say that they don’t know and will find out. I guess not everyone realises you can do house searches which will relay TRUE information. Aside from this the communication is non existent and Nicola does not reply to calls or emails. Remember we are the customer and you are offering the service. This has been long forgotten!! Avoid this company at all costs for both renting and property management. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with agents. You really should ensure your staff on the front line are capable at doing their job as it’s clear they are ruining the reputation of this company.
