GoogleHave dealt with this office of lenwells for many years regarding a couple of properties I own. I find them extremely easy to deal with. They answer the phone in a couple of rings and I always end up talking with someone knowledgeable. They have found me very good tenants over the years and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. In trying to present a balanced review I was aiming to mention any downsides but can't come up with one!

GoogleI have used Lenwell to manage three of my rental properties in Luton for many years. Richard and his team have always been extremely professional in the way they have managed the properties. They dealt with all tenant issues that arose and were always on time with the rental payments. They basically removed a lot of the problems that I would otherwise have had if I had been self managing the properties. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to a Landlord.

GoogleOver a number of years I’ve used there services as a landlord.I have been very happy with the level of service, always polite, cheerful and most important the paperwork is done properly first time. GoogleMy property have been transferred to Lenwell few weeks ago. I was little bit concern about how they will manage and i didn't have to wait to long to find out ?? my washing machine broke so I called them. On first point of contact lady was a bit not pleasent but when spoke to Peter all went nice and smooth. Contractors who have been send to fixed it were very good. Arranged repair in time. Good communication turn up on time and fixed fairly quickly. Thank you at the moment i happy with service they provide ??

GoogleMy friend and I had the view of one of your flat in Harpenden and since we get at your office Sarah was so helpful with us, arranged a view as soon as possible because we were on a rush to move in and she answers all our questions and advice us with everything. With all the process she dedicated time to do the things as quickly as she could and in less than a week we get everything ready to move in. It was a pleasure to work with her, she was excellent and very patient with us.

GoogleWe are renting with Lenwell and we are very happy with the agency. The most helpful agent was Sarah Carroll, very professional and always helpful, always answering our questions. If you want to rent with them make sure Sarah it's your agent.
