GoogleMany heartfelt thanks to Tatjana and Jolanta at Lenwell NH. They are the kind of letting agents one gets to know by name. They put in the effort and care to do what is right, in what I am sure is a challenging job. I have gone with other local agencies in the past and would definitely feel safest with Lenwell in the future.

GoogleI would like to say thank you to Lenwell, for all them help and support during my moving process. I use to rent through different agencies and have very bad experience in the pass, however both of the ladies is super helpful. Office should be proud to have a workers like them. Will highly recommend this company to everyone.

GoogleJolanta at the Northampton Branch has invariably gives us excellent service. She calls back promptly, she is a pleasure to talk too, always friendly and helpful. Very quick to deal with any issues that arise. As a landlord with would highly recommend her.

GoogleI am absolutly disgusted with the way my partner has been treated on the phone when enquiring about a property, they do not deserve any stars as the person my partner spoke to was very rude and the manager was very rude and not helpful when he rang back to complain. I think lenwell need to re-train their staff on customer service and how to speak to people!!! ??

GoogleAs I landlady and having been working with the Bedford team for over 5 years. I am very happy with the service I have been receiving. Ruth and Kate have been simply excellent in every aspect of our professional relationship. They have gone the extra mile at times and I am very appreciative of that. I feel they are an asset to the company given their experience, expertise, professional and prompt approach to their customers. Satisfying the needs of landlords and tenants is not easy but I feel they do a very good job in trying to meet both sides.

GoogleAVIOD!!! IF I could leave zero stars on this review I would. The service being offered is diabolical and the lies told by this agent regarding their properties is laughable. If the Saturday girl (Nicola) showing people around does not have viable information it is best to say that they don’t know and will find out. I guess not everyone realises you can do house searches which will relay TRUE information. Aside from this the communication is non existent and Nicola does not reply to calls or emails. Remember we are the customer and you are offering the service. This has been long forgotten!! Avoid this company at all costs for both renting and property management. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with agents. You really should ensure your staff on the front line are capable at doing their job as it’s clear they are ruining the reputation of this company.

GoogleIncompetent would be the word I use to sum up; The whole process was unprofessional and disorganised. Basic training and implementation of processes may be beneficial - Staff lied on occasion and broke GDPR/data protection by accidentally emailing our private and confidential information to 3rd parties, without even so much as an apology. Manager made promises to reel us in but were not fulfilled by the time we were finally handed the keys. Threatened myself and our guarantor multiple times over something which was their own mistake, to the point almost of harassment. Beware when signing contract as they will leave it to the very last minute, rushing you to sign with multiple errors and hidden fees!
