Google#Patience, understanding, reliability and commitment# I was about to give up when i stumbled across a letting agency. With not much hope or optimism I ventured in. Greeted by a smile, I began talking. I was sadden as my budget seem dismal but my agent reassured me that everything would be ok. Within minutes my agent found apartments that i coukd choose from. Viewings of the property was physically done and I was home. Thanks Sara.

GoogleLenwell does make it a easy experience, the only improvement on their part is knowing a bit more about the property and telling you upfront rather than having to find out and tell you later (ie where the bins are) however, they were extremely kind and helpful, I would recommend

GoogleI had the best experience with Malik. He was extremely helpful and professional. Even if I was 15 min late, he waited for me at the property and then showed me around providing all relevant information. He even gave me a lift while calling the agency to help me process the payment for the deposit. Very efficient, a true star!
