GoogleLuton branch has got the worst property management, don't bother fixing issues. Took two months to fix the hot water in this cold weather for my flat. The roof has a leakage issue but they don't bother to get it fixed. Pathetic experience, never going to recommend them.

GoogleThe worst agency I have encountered in over 10 years in the UK. Lack of competence, contact is almost impossible, they never call back, you have to wait for months for repairs and there is still a problem. I could list many negatives, I don't recommend it!
