GoogleAmazing staff, very warm, very friendly and welcoming. Residents looked happy. The home was very clean and tidy, with lots of staff on duty supporting the resident. My visit to Freelance Croft today reminded me of why I used to love being a nurse manager.

GoogleMy sisters and I have been thoroughly impressed with all the staff at Freelands Croft. From initial conversations regarding suitability for our Fathers needs, to a respite stay and now a permanent resident. We have been learning ourselves and often needed support from the management team to help us navigate complexities with administration. We are indebted to the nursing team who take everything in their stride, treat everyone with respect and have also given us lots of advice and support which we understand dementia. I cannot recommend the Freelands Croft team highly enough.

GoogleI was trying to find information about shared ownership housing, it is bit of a rabbits Warren to navigate, I think the companies that are within the site should be better sign posted to get to the individual offices of each seller group.

GoogleI have been visiting a friend in Freelands Croft for just over seven years and would like to commend the home for the very good care that was given to the said resident. The managers and staff were always helpful. I got to know most of the nurses, care staff, receptionists and cleaning staff well. My interactions with them were always warm, friendly and helpful. The care given to the resident was excellent! I was particularly impressed by how all residents were treated with dignity, warmth, and gentle humour. Thank you very much Freelands Croft. I will miss seeing you all!

Because of the fact that they engage the disreputable FirstPort as managing agents and won't appoint an alternative then avoid buying a Linden home at all costs.

GoogleWouldn’t even give this 1 star if I had the choice … The entire estate is a shambles , selling houses at full wack with improper drainage leaving people with unusable Gardens and blaming it on “leather jackets bugs” with no other option than to have their whole garden dug out without taking any responsibility …

Do not buy in Glen Parva. Building on toxic landfill. Bet they will gloss over that one! Planning permission refused repeatedly locally. Finally central government overturned decision. All very dodgy. Feel sorry for people who end up living there.

GoogleThis is one of the best services I have experienced in a while. The staff, Sally, went above and beyond to ensure that I got what I wanted and even when things were a bit unclear, she saw that I was comfortable and made the process seamless. I am looking forward to having a great time at the property as I have felt welcomed from the get go. An excellent service.

GoogleMore properties like these should be built nationwide with the Housing shortage. We viewed a 3 and a 4 bed property and were impressed with the size and quality. More houses should be built to rent like these.

GoogleWe have very recently moved into a 3 bed Leaf Living property at Orchard Green. Our experience has been great and the property is so nice, as is the surrounding area. Alex Smith who works in the property management team has been amazing! Ensuring the property was ready for us and made our move in a smooth and problem free experience. He has been on hand to answer all my questions, responds quickly and has gone above and beyond bless him. Fantastic customer service. He is a real credit to the leaf living team.
