GoogleBroke the terms of their contract regarding the time scale in which they would return our deposit, failed to respond to any contact from us and failed to respond to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We’re still waiting for our deposit almost 3 months after our tenancy ended. Although their failure to respond means we’ll eventually get our deposit back, they’ve still profited from the interest they’re earning on that money. Completely unacceptable behaviour as landlords.

GoogleStaff are always informative, and assist me in helping my friend all the time. Over the years the standards have never dropped. Sarika the Manager always finds time to talk no matter how busy they are.

Street all roof nails not responsibility, our visitors me and my wife car tyres cost a lot’s money, they refuse to pay, council and highway said they responsible, some reason they don’t believe us,

Our customer service team also arranged for the site manager to walk the site and assess areas, and no nails were seen. FacebookAbsolutely horrific customer service. SLAs they hide behind to fix your issues is utter garbage. Everything looks nice but falls apart. If you want to bang your head against a brick wall or spend money on therapy you once never needed, then sign up to Leaf Living. You’re just a phone call away from regret. Until things improve I would say avoid at all costs.

GoogleMy dad was a resident at Freelands Croft for 3 years until he passed away in Sept 2025. I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their care and dedication to their residents. In fact my mum is also now residing at Freelands Croft and it’s so re-assuring to know that both my parents are/were in a safe environment with people around them that really care. The care home is kept very well cleaned, along with the residents clothing and bedding. Each resident has a good sized room with their own bathroom/toilet facility. There are also nice bright lounge areas for residents to relax in. The management team are accessible at all times to discuss matters with and regular monthly meetings are held which you are able to attend and partake in. The gardens are secure and kept neat and tidy and residents have access to these areas. The events team have a full timetable of things to do each day which residents can choose to join in with. Visits by singers, petting animals are very regular and are very popular. There is a hairdressing salon within the care home with a weekly visit from a hairdresser and also a cinema room. I understand how difficult a decision it is to find somewhere for you to put a parent/family member into care and I cannot recommend Freelands Croft highly enough.

GoogleWas very hesitant to choose Leaf Living as we had never heard of them before but we could not be happier with property, almost feels like a dream come true. The process from start to finish was quick and easy, only took 2 weeks from having application approved to getting the keys. To whole team was on hand every time we had questions and was very quick to reply. If you are on the fence about going with Leaf Living, you would not be disappointed if you did. Definitely recommend.
