GoogleAfter renting for 7 years a flat managed by this agent, I am very happy with them. They are excellent for getting in touch with, and they are also very quick to provide support. They are not just providing a service for a landlord, they are also very supportive of the tenants, quick to provide solutions, and let out properties that are always refreshed and very clean before letting out. I would definitely recommend them for both landlords and tenants.

GoogleLoren is always attentive as our Property Manager and really helpful whenever we have needed anything done. Only have positive things to say about the Lawson Rutter team throughout the process of viewing properties to renting a property with them.

GoogleWe have a property managed by Lawsonrutter for many years in Hammersmith area. Lauren in particular is dedicated to our property management. She is most efficient and helpful agent I have come across over these many years. I also find Lauren is very professional and good at communication. On one occasion she went above and beyond her job to resolve our property repair problem. I will happily recommend her and agency to others and wish them all the best.

GoogleThanks to Loren and Romilly for all their support and professionalism through a difficult period of time after our flat had been flooded. From seeking alternative temporary accommodation and liaising with the landlord and insurers on our behalf to assisting us with closing all our accounts, even after we had officially moved. We have dealt with a number of property manager's over the years, but none have compared to Lawson Rutter and we would highly recommend Landlord's to use their service!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have been with many agents since 2008, but none of them delivered a top class service like Lawson Rutter, from letting to property management. Loren is amazing. She always reponded back to our queries very quickly, and got the issues done within hours. As a tenant, this makes us want to stay longer at the porperty. Huge thank you for the whole team!

GoogleI have been a 'landlady', with Lawson Rutter as my agent for the past 5 years. I can honestly say that Loren is by far the best, most efficient and most courteous agent I have used [and LR are the 3rd agent I have used]. I have never had to wait for any required repairs and the odd emergency has been dealt with quickly and with minimum fuss. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleAbsolutely delighted with Sean at Lawson Rutter. He was professional, efficient, honest and charming. He had to have hard conversations with me but he did so diplomatically. He knows the market not me. And once he’d got me an amazing offer on my property he handed me to their “Sales Completion Manager” at no extra cost to me. Claire was fabulous. I don’t know how any agents work without a “Claire”. She was on the phone daily to the buyer and me and the solicitors. She left nothing unturned and took all the stress away. Lawson Rutter really are the go to agents in SW6.

GoogleJust want to give highest recommendation and thanks to LawsonRutter and Lisa. Letting agent Lisa was brilliant and found us the perfect property that ticked every box for our requirements. Fantastic continuing service offered too as we moved in with thanks also to Loren in the management department. Will definitely call on LawsonRutter for any future move and happy to recommend to anyone else too.

GoogleI have been using the services of Lawson Rutter for over 15 years to manage a London property rented out. I have always found them to be prompt, efficient and courteous. I have the highest opinion of Lauren Bradshaw my current property manager who gives excellent service and deals efficiently with any problems that arise. I have no hesitatation in recommending them.

GoogleLoren and the team have managed my property for many years and the service, responsiveness and commitment have been the best of the best. Lawson Rutter is one of those local, small agencies which survives and thrives because of this service and support - and because they hire great people who become long-standing members of the team.

GoogleLawson Rutter have looked after my property for over a decade and I have no hesitation recommending them. I found my own tenant so they provide a management service - back-up for me and my tenant with managing the property. Loren is very pro-active in handling the regular admin and in responding to emergencies - and Julia in accounts super-efficient.

GoogleI have used Lawson Rutter for the past 4 years to manage a property I let out in W14. The lettings and the property management teams are brilliant ...they have been great finding tenants, their rates are very competitive (lower than there larger competitors), and their contractors are reasonable and responsive. Special mention to Loren on the property management team, who is amazing and sorts out any issues with the property. If you are considering finding a lettings agent in West London, I would highly recommend them

GoogleLawson Rutter have been managing my property for almost 15 years, which I think says everything about how helpful and professional they are. I have really had to do nothing other than answer the occasional email. Every time a repair is required they find a professional for me and make sure the work is carried out, and always for an exceptionally good price. The peace of mind they provide for me is invaluable.

GoogleWe have used Lawson Rutter most recently to rent our property out. Loren, our property manager has been amazing - efficient and very responsive both for us as landlords as well as for our tenants. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty following a flood at our property and has been helpful, kind and above all, patient. She is now helping to manage our renovations. I would highly recommend this agency for sales as well as rentals - the teams know the area like the back of their hands and they are very professional.
