GoogleDisclaimer: They may have changed now having won some awards. When I rented through them in 2013 they were brilliant but the management experience was atrocious. Dishonest staff spoilt the experience. Remember that they work for the landlord not the tenants.

GoogleWe registered with several agents to help us with our property search in Hammersmith and in particular the Crabtree conservation area. Lawson Rutter stood out in their helpfulness and in particular their agent, Pukar, went out of his way to take the time to get to know us and our specific needs. Pukar used his many years of detailed knowledge of the area and in depth contacts to find us our perfect property. We found Pukar to be patient, personable and professional throughout the process and would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you!

GoogleI dealt with Pukar (Hammersmith branch) and Darren (West Kensington branch) and both have been truly fantastic. I have been looking for a property for a couple of years now and Pukar has been excellent (and very patient) at listening to what I would like and showing me properties that match that description. I have now happily found a flat and am completing next week - we got there in the end! I dealt with Darren in relation to the purchase as the property was in West Kensington and he has been super responsive and helpful at allowing me to have additional viewings, liaising with the sellers and ensuring the sale goes smoothly. Both Pukar and Darren have been honest, professional, helpful and very friendly though out the process and I have been more than happy with the service they have provided. I have had a great experience using Lawson Rutter, and Pukar and Darren specifically, and would definitely use them again in the future! Keep up the great work guys!!

GoogleJess and team did a great job letting my property, keeping me regularly updated with feedback from viewings and being straight from the outset re pricing. Honest, practical agents with very reasonable fees. Having worked with Lawson Rutter on many lettings I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWorst Agency EVER. if u contact 10 times u will get one reply. They DO NOT help you at all. Its better to contact COUNCIL if you have problems. I am happy that i don't have a contract with them anymore.

GoogleTotally recommend them! Laura from lettings was great with us, very efficient! she helped us move within 4 days , making everything super easy , flexible with her time and very honest , plus the fees are so much cheaper than the other agencies !

YellNothing but trouble
Have been with Lawson Rutter as a tenant for 4 months now. They are utterly terrible at the most simple things such as responding to emails or calling back when they have promised to do so. Every contact with them is a constant struggle for their attention. Promises things in the house will be repaired or replaced and then fails to act as they promised. Don't expect them to be apologetic about it either. They will always blame the issue on the handyman. If they feel you are being too demanding about things such as wanting your cooker to work or having the house properly cleaned before moving in, then they will not try to hide that but instead happily raise their voice and act out. What they ARE excellent at is charging unreasonably high fees for things such as reference checking and sign-on fees. Expect the contract to cost several hundred pounds more in the end, than you could imagine. Can't wait for the break clause date to come...

GoogleAn extremely disappointing experience. The lovely properties are "managed" appallingly: management is entirely unresponsive. The agency also pretends to lose phone numbers, arranges viewings without the consent of the occupants, hikes up costs at every chance they get, and blatantly lies. I would advise everyone to avoid this complete disgrace of a letting agency.
