GoogleI recently bought a flat from them. I was told so many fabricated stories about who lived upstairs and what the situation was of the seller. Although the process of the purchase was ok and they were responsive; on day of completion I had a shock to find the flat wasn’t in the condition I had imagined (not their fault), as a point of contact I went back to them, all of the facts they had told me about the building unravelled and were not true at all. They were helpful with sorting out keys and getting the situation under control however would I still have purchased with the whole truth? When spending such massive sums I don’t know another business whereby you wouldn’t tell the truth.

During a sale that was far from straightforward (for many different reasons), Sean kept his cool and kept all parties informed at every step. GoogleI have bought 3 properties through Lawson Rutter (all from clients of Pukar Patel) and have found them to be trustworthy, honest and efficient in all my dealings with them. His office concentrate on a small patch of Fulham/Hammersmith and they know every inch of it. Very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe have now purchased a house from Lawson Rutter and also sold one with them, both times dealing with Pukar Patel. Pukar is extremely knowledgeable of the area, and has a large number of good contacts. In fact the property that he sold for us was on the market with another agent for four months, and he then sold it within two weeks of us moving the property across to them. We would highly recommend Lawson Rutter, and Pukar in particular.

We particularly appreciated his honesty in communicating the realities of our budget, as well as our level of interest in the property, to the sellers very promptly. GoogleI recently sold my home through Lawson Rutter on Fulham Palace Road and couldn't have been more happy with the service. Having worked in the property industry for the past 20+ years I know a good agent when I see one. The Sales Manager Pukar Patel in particular has considerable knowledge of the area and had actually sold my place a couple of time before! Despite it being a difficult market we had very good viewing levels and they were able to find a buyer much quicker and at a better price than I had originally thought possible. Would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for an agent in the area to use these chaps.

GoogleNothing but good things to say about the management team at Lawson Rutter. We predominantly deal with Loren, but she is always quick to respond and deal with any issues that we may have and on top of that is truly delightful. If at all possible, I would recommend using them above all others.

I've had a bit of an up and down time in my property (which was absolutely nothing to do with Lawson Rutter, just some bad luck!) but they've always been amazing and so quick to react to anything. Special mention to Loren for always being super helpful and quick to action anything. Cannot recommend LR enough.
