GoogleTHIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! Last night we were locked out of the property for 4 HOURS in the dark because of a mistake the management team made WHICH THEY DID NOT APOLOGISE FOR. The door was locked by an electrician who was given the key to a lock that none of us had keys to. When we called the emergency contact, they contacted the management and gave us the response that the locksmith is coming in 4 hours. THEN after 4 hours they didn't come. We then risked our life to get into the house by climbing up the second floor window, and as soon as management heard we had 'access' they just postponed the problem to next morning. Next morning: in order to exit the property we climbed back over the 2 meter tall fence (which we have no keys to neither) one by one. We had to call the management during our work hours to solve this problem. Instead of being apologetic, they clearly had no intention to send a locksmith from the beginning?!

GoogleTerrible service and treats tenants with ABSOLUTELY no respect. First of all: communication was extremely poor in the lead up to signing contracts Secondly: the property was not cleaned when we moved in EVEN THOUGH WE STATED THAT IN THE CONTRACT We were not given all the keys to the property: SO WE GOT LOCKED OUT OF THE PROPERTY LAST NIGHT AT 9pm: the electricians were given the full set and as a result locked us out. We were not able to access the house for 4 hours, after which we decided to RISK OUR LIVES AND CLIMB THE FENCE AND ENTER THE SECOND FLOOR WINDOW Emergency Management said a locksmith will arrive in 4 hours. They did not. Next day we had no choice but to climb back over the fence to exit the property as we were not given the keys to the back yard either!!! After chasing up management yet again, they showed no intention of sending a locksmith or giving us an apology and eventually admitted it was THEIR FAULT. I am absolutely OUTRAGED AND DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE THIS AGENCY PROVIDED.

Lynne is very efficient as I receive my documents via email and am able to get them signed over the internet so that the turn-around of tenants is smooth. I got the feeling like she genuinely cares about my interests as well as the business interest. It's not often you come across the traditional caring ways that great and respectful business is done. GoogleWe live in Australia .We listed our flat in Hammersmith through Pukar Patel. We got offer in few weeks. Due to legal issues it took sometime for completion but Pukar looked after all through. Pukar was in regular contact with us, solicitors and the buyer to get things done. Lawson and Rutter even helped us to clear the flat.Thank you Pukar and Lawson and Rutter for making the sale a pleasant experience.

GoogleI purchased a buy-to-let property marketed by Lawson Rutter in 2017, the sales manager Pukar Patel was very honest, transparent and cooperative throughout the process. I asked Lawson Rutter to let and manage the property for me. I could not be happier. Loren Bradshaw, Lynne Morey, Sylva Hanzlickova, Kimberly Mason and all other team members that worked with me are always responsive and efficient. They took good care of the property. The contractor they use does a high standard job at a reasonable price. I can not be happier with my choice.

GoogleAs buyers, we were on the receiving end of the sale experience handled by Lawson Rutter. The sale was relatively straightforward, though when we experienced a delay in getting contracts signed (from our end, due to a hold up in our chain), the handling agent Pukar Patel was readily on hand to help smooth the way and keep everyone onside and calm. Communication was good throughout and Pukar was also ever ready to help facilitate with various requests we had for property access. A very good experience all round.

GoogleMy husband and I recently purchased a property in Fulham through Lawson Rutter. We had a very positive experience from beginning to end and would happily recommend the firm. Our main point of contact, Pukar, had always been on the ball answering all our queries in a timely manner, he was very flexible when we required access to the flat (prior to exchange) for tradesmen to take their measurements and kept us in the loop with the transaction's progress. Overall, we had been very pleased!
