GoogleSelling an empty house when living 100+ miles away means you are reliant on a representative to be pro-active, attentive and efficiently providing feedback. Sean Roe proved to be all these and helped us sell the property at an acceptable price within the timescale we were looking for.

GoogleA good overall experience, they have constantly improved in the last 5 years. I will give it a maximum rating considering my previous experiences with other estate agents. My assessment is based on promptitude together with the willingness to listen and resolve the inherent issues arising during the tenancy (Thanks, Loren). Good work, recommended.

GoogleLoren, Kimberly and team are always cheerful and helpful. They are proactive, listen to what is not working at this rented property and try and get the problem sorted as soon as possible. I would recommend renting from Lawson and Rutter as they provide a personal service and treat renters with respect. Would put 4.5 stars but cannot work out how to do that!

GoogleWe purchased a tiny studio from the most excellent Pukar Patel in sales last year and then let it out for 6 months only via Sylva and Loren. We have had the most wonderful service from Lawson Rutter, even down to them keeping a key for us for several weeks after we had removed the studio from the rental market in order that a technician could access to mend a broken smoke alarm within the studio, as we are not local. We would most definitely use Lawson Rutter again should we wish to put the studio back on the rental market at any stage. Thank you to all concerned!

GoogleLoren Bradshaw in the Lawson Rutter property management team is our principal POC since 2 years. She helps us with a property located next to baron's court tube stop. Loren is professional, available and clear when it comes to all the topics to be dealt with around our home. She handle the timelines very well and has been agile in managing communication between us, Lawson, contractors and the landlord (when needed). We recommend Lawson Rutter without hesitation.

Started with Lisa Armstrong finding us the perfect place for our very first home in London by listening to what we were looking for, to Loren Bradshaw looking after us in the daily maintenance and communication that one does between tenants and agency’s. GoogleLawson Rutter have managed the letting off my property in Baron’s Court for 2 years. They have been consistently helpful and efficient and I’ve enjoyed working with them. There has been plenty to keep them busy and they’ve handled it all with a minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.

GoogleGot a viewing with this amateurs for 11am on Saturday. Waiting at the property I got an email that the viewing is cancelled due to property is let "last night"... Appreciate that a decent customer service is a hard task for small agents but this guys really struggling on that... Stay away from this typical cowboys and save your time...unless you enjoy nice Saturday morning walks.NegativeQuality

In our defense an offer had been agreed the night before and in order to follow regulations we're obliged to remove the property from the market. We did try calling twice and emailing you , albeit at short notice, but unfortunately this wasn't picked up before you arrived to view. GoogleI purchased a buy-to-let property marketed by Lawson Rutter in 2017, the sales manager Pukar Patel was very honest, transparent and cooperative throughout the process. I asked Lawson Rutter to let and manage the property for me. I could not be happier. Loren Bradshaw, Lynne Morey, Sylva Hanzlickova, Kimberly Mason and all other team members that worked with me are always responsive and efficient. They took good care of the property. The contractor they use does a high standard job at a reasonable price. I can not be happier with my choice.
