GoogleBad experience, poor service. Viewing was confirmed over the phone but the agent Lisa sent the wrong email stating there was no match to my criteria. I had to call again and she eventually sent the correct email to confirm the viewing. When i wen to to the agreed appointment, the day after, no one was there so i called the agency and Lisa was still there clearly she forgot about our viewing. Nonetheless the said that the tenant was no longer allowing access saying she tried to call me in the morning, no message found. I will definitely use another agency in the future. Such a shame having lost a very interesting property due to a poor serviceNegativeQuality

GoogleOver my 2.5 tenancy I have dealt with a few different team members but recently had the pleasure of working with Charlie and Loren who are brilliant. Charlie goes above and beyond for tenants and helped with issues on weekends without a single groan or complaint! Loren is efficient, helpful and always there to address a problem and find a solution as quick as possible. Their communication is great - speediest email replies ever! When finding new tenants for the property we rented, we had limited disruption with only one morning of viewing - great marketing! She has been my property manager throughout and goes above and beyond to be helpful, problem-solve and be responsive.
