GooglePukar Patel has been exceptional since day 1. Very helpful, honest, and attentive to our requirements. Pukar always kept us in mind and found us a property that ticked all of our boxes. During the purchase stage, Pukar always made sure that everything was running smoothly and has been extremely flexible by granting us access to the property as and when required. And always with a smile on his face! It has been an absolute pleasure working with him and we can't thank him enough for finding us the ideal property and for all his help.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of using Lawson Rutter to purchase our first home. Pukar showed us around the property, answering every question we had about the flat and the area. As this was our first-time buying a house, we had a lot of questions which Pukar was more than happy to answer, making us feel so much more confident in what was going on, with regular updates even when he was on holiday, over Christmas and weekends. Along our journey we also dealt with Lynne & Alex from the Hammersmith office who were also outstanding, I hope anyone else going through a house buying process (which is not always the easiest) has the pleasure of dealing with this wonderful team. GoogleBought our first house (yay!) where Pukar from Lawson Rutter worked on the seller's side. While technically he was on the other side of the deal his involvement significantly helped in deal progress. He set up efficient communication between solicitors on both sides/our mortgage advisor/buyer(us)/seller on all stages - so we achieved completion in just 2 months after offer.

GoogleFrom start to finish I've been incredibly impressed with Lawson Rutter's Hammersmith office. I first viewed my flat with Pukar, who was very well informed and friendly throughout the showing (easily organising a second viewing before putting in an offer). Once my offer was accepted, I corresponded mostly with Alex, who was very professional, and his advice was much appreciated as a first time buyer. I'd also like to thank Lynne, who was often a point of contact when I called the office. All in all, Lawson Rutter did their utmost to ensure that my purchase went smoothly, for which I'm incredibly appreciative. They have also continued to go above and beyond after completion, making sure that I'm happy and settled in my new home.

GoogleArrived promptly at a property that I was hoping to rent only to wait ten minutes, call them myself and be told, "Sorry, we don't have a key to the front door." I wasn't even given a phone call before that to let me know... On top of that, I was told my booking wasn't recorded. The agent I spoke to on the phone then tells me I'd have to reschedule my viewing but instead of asking when I'd like to reschedule, concludes the call with, "Thanks, bye." Hideously unprofessional.
