GoogleGreat experience! Pukar was super helpful, always there to answer my never ending questions and made the whole process not too painful!!! Friendly and professional at the same time and highly knowledgeable. If I ever need to sell my home in the future, I’ll definitely go back to Lawson Rutter and Pukar!

GoogleBuying a property is a long process and lots of learning curve especially for a first time buyer. Even the learning curve at the beginning for the process have been challenging but Pukar Patel has kindly guided me through. He always adjusts his communication method depending on the clients' needs and open to suggestions. He also arranges viewing quickly and being flexible as much as he could! Alex Bartlett, (Sales Director) and Lynne Morey (Office Manager) are also both responsive and on top of everything! Thank you Pukar, Alex, and Lynne!

GoogleThe Lawson Rutter team are really knowledgeable about the local market and their pricing suggestion for sale was realistic. I found them efficient and pleasant to deal with and very helpful with contacts for contractors nearby (cleaners, gardener etc) which helped us to get the house ready for sale. It was under offer less than a week after it went live. Thank you to Sales Director Alex Bartlett, Sales Manager Pukar Patel and Office Manager Lynne Morey.

GoogleWe were sold our first flat by the Lawson Rutter Hammersmith team (Alex Bartlett, Pukar Patel & Lynne Morey) four years ago and found them hugely knowledgeable and made the process easy for us. When we recently looked to sell our flat and move out of London, we reconnected with the team and they were easily the most experienced in this area. Within days they had a very smart brochure put together (credit Lynne's marketing skills) and Pukar had lined up several credible buyers. An offer above what any other estate agent had thought they would get was received within four days of marketing the property. From that point we have moved to an exchange date within two months, with Pukar expertly managing all parties up the chain to ensure we were able to progress so quickly. Couldn't recommend highly enough and the absolute go to estate agents in Hammersmith and Fulham.

GoogleI have used Lawsons since 2014 and they are excellent. They give me good guidance. They listen to my preferences, find good tenants and ensure handovers and check ins and check outs go smoothly. They always keep me up to date and they will be flexible and responsive if last minute changes happen. A great working relationship. I highly recommend Lynne and the team.

GoogleBought and sold our house through Lawson Rutter Hammersmith. Pukar did both. Pukar is very good. The bottom line is he and Lawson Rutter for a long time have far outstripped any other agent when it comes to volume of sales in our area. As a result they know every house (certainly in the crabtrees) all the quirks and critically the right price for what the market will/should pay. They are both tencious and good to deal with - the right qaulities. Would highly recommend him and the LR team.

As a result I had near asking price offers and achieved the asking price in about 2 weeks. Good communication with my solicitors and me as well as solid advice along the way. GoogleI decided to share our horrible experience in the interest of others. We instructed Lawson Rutter for the sale of a property with a multi-agency agreement. Initially, they appeared amiable. Only later did we realize that they provided minimal feedback and never disclosed the names of viewers. They failed to negotiate with an interested party and refused to pass to us an offer they wished to submit, despite this being a legal obligation. Without us knowing it was the same person, the buyer turned to another agent, who successfully negotiated the sale. After completion, we were aggressively chased by a debt collector on behalf of Lawson Rutter alleging outstanding commission fees for introducing the buyer. We were treated like criminals. We had no idea of what had happened and asked Lawson Rutter for clarifications. Initially, they would not even answer our emails. Only after lodging a formal complaint and involving the TPO did we receive attention. Fortunately, customers have rights. TPO acknowledged multiple deficiencies and ultimately ruled that the second agent should have returned the sale to the first. Yet, had Lawson Rutter been able to negotiate with the buyer in the first place or provided us with viewers’ details, we would have avoided an ordeal spanning nearly a year.
I am very disappointed to read your review but in the interests of accuracy it's important I respond. Firstly, I accept that we were deficient in certain areas which I acknowledged and apologised for when corresponding about this matter. It is not true to say however that we "refused to pass us an offer". As you are well aware, an email stating the buyer’s offer was sent to you. It was extremely low and clearly wasn't going to be acceptable. We retain a company to monitor property completions, in the event that one is sold, to which we introduced a buyer, and this was one such occasion. It was on your request that I instructed the aforementioned company to halt any further action whilst the matter was reviewed by The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Unfortunately, this took some considerable time but the outcome was that TPO adjudicated that we were entitled to our fee. I had gone to some lengths to stress both to you and your solicitors that according to TPO's guidance that this would be the case, so it seems somewhat disingenuous to hold us responsible for the length of process. I'm very conscious that we weren't perfect in this matter and am genuinely sorry you got caught up in a dispute not of your making. We will always try to learn and improve following such an experience but ultimately TPO found in our favour and deemed our claim for a fee entirely justified.
