GoogleSelling a house is stressful. Lawson Rutter helped sell our house through the challenging market, last minute viewings and the awkward phone calls. We were pleased by the approachable nature of their agents and particularly grateful to Zack for going the extra mile to help us out with a few bits even as we were moving out.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through Lawson Rutter and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. Before choosing them, we had read many of their positive reviews, and our own experience absolutely matched what others had said. The service was professional, friendly and efficient throughout. From marketing the property and arranging viewings, thanks to Alex, Zack and Jonti, to handling offers and following everything up, the whole process felt smooth and well managed. Zack was fantastic throughout: approachable, clear in his communication, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed an update. That made a big difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. We also felt their fee was very reasonable, especially compared with some of the larger national estate agency chains we had considered, while the level of service was second to none. Communication always felt direct, honest and genuine. We are really grateful for all their help and would happily recommend Lawson Rutter to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

GoogleZack Butterson was a great agent - he listened to our requirements and went above and beyond to find different properties to match our needs - even houses being marketed by other offices . It was such a property that he showed us when it came back on the market and we went on to purchase it and have moved in recently .

Jonti was happy to talk through each stage of the process with me and answer all of the queries I had, which was great! GoogleJonti Wade is a brilliant agent. When we began our search, we enquired with a number of agents and he was by far the most informed, knowledgeable and responsive. It was clear that he really knew the properties we visited, as well as the local areas and market conditions (no “I’ll need to go away and confirm that”). If we did ask anything obscure, he was quick to find the answer and get it to us promptly and clearly. Our search was made so much easier by Jonti. He knew what we were looking for, and respected our time by only showing us the properties which met our specifications. He has, in our experience of dealing with agents, a rare and admirable quality which is not to oversell listings. The phrase “no BS” springs to mind. In the end, he found us a great property, and we were delighted to make an offer on the same day, thanks to all of the information Jonti was able to share at the viewing. Throughout the sale, Jonti was calm, responsive and reassuring. He never rushed us or encouraged us to make decisions solely for the sake of progressing the sale. Instead, he helped us make informed decisions at every stage, and we always felt confident in the advice he gave. His level of judgement and maturity made him seem far more experienced than his years in the industry would suggest. We asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and Jonti never made us feel like we were a nuisance. He was always happy to answer them thoughtfully and thoroughly, even when we were discussing the finer points of the contract towards the very end of the transaction. Thank you, Jonti!

GoogleWe were sold our first flat by the Lawson Rutter Hammersmith team (Alex Bartlett, Pukar Patel & Lynne Morey) four years ago and found them hugely knowledgeable and made the process easy for us. When we recently looked to sell our flat and move out of London, we reconnected with the team and they were easily the most experienced in this area. Within days they had a very smart brochure put together (credit Lynne's marketing skills) and Pukar had lined up several credible buyers. An offer above what any other estate agent had thought they would get was received within four days of marketing the property. From that point we have moved to an exchange date within two months, with Pukar expertly managing all parties up the chain to ensure we were able to progress so quickly. Couldn't recommend highly enough and the absolute go to estate agents in Hammersmith and Fulham.

GoogleThe process of renting my apartment was seamless. Lynne and Jonti took care of everything and made my job very easy. Pukar Patel was also amazing at starting the process and making everything feel very manageable. I was able to take care of everything from another country with no problems. I would highly recommend their services.
