GoogleI had a great experience with Lawson Rutter. Jonti Wade was our letting agent and he supported me and my partner throughout the process of securing our flat. He responded quickly to emails and calls, even staying late to make sure everything went through smoothly. He was polite, client-focused, and always kept us updated on the more challenging parts of the process. The agency also left us a thoughtful move-in gift box and letter, which was a nice gesture. Overall, I am very happy with the service.

GoogleWhen it comes to selling a house Sean and Alex at Lawson Rutter gave a 5 star experience all the way. From beautiful photographs and clear and accurate property details to organising all viewings over 2 days to minimise the impact on my day to day life. The quality of their buyers was excellent resulting in having to pick one of 4 amazing sets of people. Once price was agreed I was introduced to Clare the Sales Progression Consultant. She took on managing the sale through the various stages to exchange and completion always ensuring I was up to date with information. I only wish the estate agent I purchase through could be this good. Lawson Rutter certainly bust the myth of what you might think of estate agents, I can’t recommend them enough.

By following the advice and recommendations of the sales manager, Pukar Patel with 20 years experience behind him, we were able to accept an offer almost immediately. We were steered through the sale seamlessly, being kept abreast of the situation in a timely and fuss-free manner, at every stage. From the sales team to the office staff this is an experienced and professional organisation and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

GoogleMy property was not a particularly easy one to sell, but I am pleased I chose Lawson Rutter to be my agent. Pukar Patel, in particular has been very helpful, and the LR team has worked hard to sell my property and to liaise between the purchasers and me when solicitors proved to be uncommunicative.

GoogleThe Lawson Rutter team are really knowledgeable about the local market and their pricing suggestion for sale was realistic. I found them efficient and pleasant to deal with and very helpful with contacts for contractors nearby (cleaners, gardener etc) which helped us to get the house ready for sale. It was under offer less than a week after it went live. Thank you to Sales Director Alex Bartlett, Sales Manager Pukar Patel and Office Manager Lynne Morey.

GoogleBuying a property is a long process and lots of learning curve especially for a first time buyer. Even the learning curve at the beginning for the process have been challenging but Pukar Patel has kindly guided me through. He always adjusts his communication method depending on the clients' needs and open to suggestions. He also arranges viewing quickly and being flexible as much as he could! Alex Bartlett, (Sales Director) and Lynne Morey (Office Manager) are also both responsive and on top of everything! Thank you Pukar, Alex, and Lynne!
